Espectacular apartamento.

El desayuno fue delicioso. El apartamento muy cómodo. Opción genial que tenía lavadora y secadora de ropa.

La ubicación es un poco largo del centro de Ciudad de Belice.

Lloyd and his daughter were very accommodating. They also offer a ride to and from airport.

We liked the big apartment fully furnished with kitchen!! The breakfast included was Amazing!!

They do not make the beds or switch towels daily. But will give you fresh towels upon request.

Affordable & Beautiful Apartment Views

Great staff. Wonderful complimentary breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Spacious, clean apartment with the perfect amount of space for a traveling family - even has gated parking! The balcony view is worth the stair climbing to reach the penthouse. What an amazing view. Check it out!

I had a great stay at Royal View Apartment Plus. The owners were so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. Huge plus

I loved that the 2 bedroom apartment had 2 bathrooms and full kitchen.

We were on the 4th floor and had to walk up; there was no elevator. Staff did help us with or luggage when we checked in and checked out…that was a plus.

Didn't as hotel informed me at short notice my booking would not be acknowledged.

I was not able to collect the keys as the hotel emailed me on the morning of check-in informing me that there was no apartment available. This was not good, as we then had to find somewhere else for the night at short notice. Most of the hotels were booked! This is poor service as once a booking is confirmed it should be acknowledged. I have travelled to many countries and this is the first time I have experienced this situation. Disappointing & annoying!

Booking.com didn’t have me pay for the room when I booked so we didn’t end up having a room available for us at this location and had to find another place to stay.

Very good

Very spacious. Could easily house four people. We chose it for its proximity to the airport. A/C in the bedroom was great.

We chatted with the two people present at check in and had a nice talk. We agreed on breakfast for 7:30 since we wanted to leave for the airport after breakfast. I later ordered it via WhatsApp as requested and asked for 7:30 which was accepted. On the next morning we still had no information around 7:55+/- at which point I called them. I was then told he was in his way and we got our breakfast at 8. We had planned extra time but this was an unfortunate ending to our stay for one night. Just as a heads up: no A/C in the living room

Very good

Very nice location. Sure value for money. We were on the fifth floor. 86 stairs up. It was a killer ..punishment to get to our room. Still a great room and great service.

The apartments was very clean and confortable. Its 10min from the city, its a good location, the AC works so fast, Loyd the manager its so gentle and always receive with a smile. Definitely I Will staying again in this place. The food was perfect. The best apartment in Belize city.

Loved pretty much everything about this place. They paid attention to every detail one could think of. Whatever was needed, it was right at your fingertips. And did I mention that breakfast is included? Yes!! 8 different options.Truly a home away from home.

Excellent

The breakfast was perfect! Very good quantity for the number of guests and it was very good. The staff were very helpful and quick to answer our questions! It is somewhat far from center but right beside Old Belize! You can easily enjoy a beach day and a train ride to learn about the history of Belize. They even offer to bring us there.

Needs AC in the living area or a standing fan for the really hot days!

Excellent Host

I enjoyed my stay. The host Lloyd is very hospitable and helpful. They do a good breakfast. If you're looking for self-catering accommodation in Belize city i highly recommended this place.

If you're looking to stay for long ,i strongly recommend hiring/renting a vehicle . Whichever vehicle works best for you.

Excellent, clean, safe, well equipped apartment, hot water, van service in secure location.

We had beautiful clean 2 bedroom & 2 bath apartment with fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Also views of the sea. Secure location.Excellent breakfast served to your apartment at time you select. Lots of hot water. Very reasonably priced van serve to town. Host friendly and helpful. Enjoyed everything. Highly recommend Royal View Apartments,

Look forward to when they complete elevator installation.

It was very good. A bit of a mix up with the menu but it was very tasty.

Amazing stay

It is a whole appartement for us! Full kitchen, tv, bedroom and bathroom even à tv. We could use the laundry room that is downstairs. Everything was clean and confortable. There was a Iron table too. A sofa to watch tv. Dinning table. Also an amazing breakfast brought by the host in the appartement!!

There could be few amenties in the kitchen like salt and oil

We were traveling back to Belize city to catch our flight out and it was great for that.

Staff was great, location was good for our needs, but the property sat on the western highway which is busy and loud with trucks until late evening. Breakfast was good and room was roomy and clean.

We were on the third floor with no elevator if it hadn't been for help we would have had a hard time moving our luggage.

Very good

The apartment was very comfortable and spotless. There is a delicious breakfast offered with many choices. The host is very friendly and helpful for someone who just arrived in the country. It is the perfect place to go on arrival or departure in the country due to proximity to the airport.

Spacious two bed, two bath with kitchen. Safe location.

We had a choice of breakfast. We chose eggs, bacon, French toast and fresh fruit. It was delicious, and as 2 of us couldn’t have the French toast due to allergies, they brought us extra fruit instead. We chose what time we wanted it delivered in the morning, and it was right on time.

The only down side, was we were on the 4th floor, and as parts of the building weren’t finished yet, the elevator had not yet been installed. We were only there for one night, so we only brought up which items we needed, or it would have been a long way to haul up all of our luggage. Our host was very pleasant, and there was a security gate. Also, some of the pillows on the bed were too thick for our liking, but other than that, the place was great!

It was perfect and it greatly exceeded my expectations for this price point.

Everything was wonderful. Super friendly host, breakfast was delicious. The rooms were massive and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect, just minutes to town on one side and the airport on the other. We had a lot of personal items which we left in the car and because it was a very secure location with gates and cameras, had no hesitation or worries about our belongings. I’ve already recommended this place to several people and we just left this morning! Couldn’t rate this place any higher for the money.

Excellent value and friendly staff.

Spacious apartment with helpful and attentive staff. Free breakfast served to room was a plus.

It is on the highway and the traffic (especially the trucks) is very loud during sleeping hours.
