A truly lovely place to stay. Alex was a fantastic host, with excellent communication throughout and a warm welcome on arrival. Her recommendation of the nearby pub was spot on, with great food and friendly locals just a few minutes' walk away. The property is beautifully presented, combining original features with tasteful décor and thoughtful finishing touches throughout. The bathroom is particularly impressive, and we loved the mix of contemporary and classical art, as well as the selection of books. A peaceful, comfortable retreat in beautiful surroundings perfect for exploring Snowdon.

The only sad thing about our stay was that it was only one night passing through to another location. The cottage was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was also well equipped with so many thoughtful touches, smart TV with Netflix, so many books and games for children. The area is really beautiful with plenty of walks nearby and it would be such a lovely place to stay for a longer time. Alex our host was so helpful, kind and friendly too.
