Just a big thank you to Ursula the rep for the apartment I left my phone on the kitchen table on check out she located my phone and posted it to me in the UK keeping me informed throughout the process with text and photos if you could let her know how thankful I am she is a credit to her employers and booking.

Herşeyini sadece sivrisinek çoktu yoksa diğer herşey manzara falan oğlanüstüydü
Sivri sinek olması ve förn yoktu

I organised to have my keys picked up when apartment was ready. The cleaner failed to answer the apartment for keys pick up and then had the ordasity to charge me €50 for late check in 😡
