Everything! Unbeatable for the price! Particularly loved the private garage, extremely comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, ample seating in dining room and living area, and no detail spared in the bathroom (or anywhere else, for that matter). Super quiet neighborhood. The log book was a nice touch.

Excellent location, cleanliness, and comfort. I was able to walk just 5 minutes to get to my weekend classes.

I loved the cottage-like feel of this little house, the windows were one of my favorite parts and it was very clean upon arrival. Super clear instructions upon booking of how to find this cute homey spot directions wise.

The only thing that I noticed is the slanted ceilings by the bed being an issue for taller people. I am 5’9 and had to lean slightly to make sure I didn’t hit my head but honestly it was not a real issue at all.

EVERYTHING! ITS JUST AMAZINGLY CUTE AND ADORABLE.. IT HAS A BEAUTIFUL RELAXING VIEW OF ALL THE ROOFS TOPS AROUND THE AREA.. IT'S GORGOUS.. SMALL SET UP BUT I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! THE BEST PART, WAS DAVID !HE KEPT THE INTERACTION SHORT WITH PERFECT DETAILS & INSTRUCTIONS , he WAS VERY POLITE & ACCOMIDATING! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE AND I WILL BE BACK IF DAVID WILL HAVE ME OF COURSE THAT IS.

Probably the only thing that I didn't like is that there wasn't a bathtub and that's only cuz I love bathtubs and there's only a shower but other than that everything else was perfect

The location! It was immaculate, with character. The garage was a huge help. We own a house in Chico that we rent to college students with one of them being our daughter! Therefore, we are always looking for a place that does one nights so we can maintain our property as well as visit our daughter. The garage is nice since we were on our way camping from here as well as we usually have our bikes with us. This was an amazing place! I’m so happy we found this little gem!
