The location is my favourite. It is near the train and metro station which is essential for my travel with confidence. And lots to eat around the hotel. I got the chance to experience life of a local resident.

All is fantastic. Except on my floor I have inconsiderate guests. They like to slam their room doors which was loud and sudden. Not sure if it is a one-off case, or need to check the doors for issues. It was annoying when it happened after midnight. I could not have peaceful sleep as a result. I recommend hotel to check all the doors to ensure doors can shut softly. Just to make sure. But if it is bad attitude and behaviour of guests, I understand there is not much property can help.

Room was big, comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice and amenities were great! Used luggage storage and laundry room both fantastic. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Location and room size and comfort were both great!

WiFi did not work for first day of stay; not a fan of the self checkin… not that easy and extremely frustrating that you have to do multiple transactions based on system limit.
