Very nicely situated near the Rome ring-road. Off peak-hours one can easily travel anywhere quickly. Park-and-ride facilities near the metro within 15 min. It is advised to travel to the property by car. It seems the apartment used to be part of the family house; it appears untouched since, providing a very cosy atmosphere (books, childrens'toys, etc.). -- Fully functional kitchen available. -- Nice landlady helped us out by washing our clothes. -- Good value for money,

Apartment is not airconditioned, however, fans are availble and the property is situated on the ground floor; therefore nicely shielded from the sun. So in fact the temperature inside is bearable. We did bring our own airconditioners, but did not require to use them , even though outside temperatures reached up to 35 degrees Centigrate.

It was villa kind of home very near to Rome but one must have a car for commuting.

Breakfast. It could have been better. But a kitchen was offered and u can buy stuff and prepare what u want.

The apartment was very homely and comfortable. The facilities provided were excellent. The owner was very warm & helpful.

Very kind and helpful landlady, she speaks some English but Italian is useful. Spatious, clean and fully equipped appartment, you can find everything for a longer stay, too. Snacks, drinks and cold breakfast components put ready for free. You can pet cats and dogs in the garden around. Washing is done by the landlady on request. Parking on the street near the house, in ca. 20 m. Near the main routes leading to Rome. We drove ~15 min to the metro station.

A microwave owen would be useful. In the cool weather periods only a pellet-fueled stove is used, not very effective for the whole appartment.

Amazing host and we had a nice time staying at the house. The property has kitchen facilities if you want to cook/heat up food. Parking is available behind the property and it's in close distance to drive into Rome.

Wonderful host. Fully equipped kitchen and breakfast had everything you might need. Picturesque location. Great garden.

I booked this place on a whim without paying attention to how far it was from Rome. For a solo traveler without a car it was not very convenient. And being non-refundable I decided to use the house. Taxi cost me 40€, so it wasnt a good bargain. I recommend it for families. Wifi was not working
