Nothing the staff left us in the rain for an hour to then be told they had double booked and didn't have a room. My daughter was soaked and this is not the first time they have done this. Avoid at all costs.

The customer service the fact they made us wait in the rain. The unprofessional approach and the lack of empathy.

The sala was super warm. Probably, add an electric fan in the living/dining area to circulate the air.

It is close to the sm mall but it is hard to walk there with a stroller and a baby.

There was no baby cot waiting for us, there were big and small cockroaches and ants , there were spider webs in the ceiling- place didn't look hygienic, and there was a bad odor like feet from the floor. , also the cable tv didnt work.Because of that we preferred not to stay there. Was a waste of money. The gate in oasis doesn't allow us to enter from a comfortable entry, only from a direction that is more dangerous for us such as facing all the cars.
