The apartment was spacious, safe, homely and comfortable. The coffee was also delicious!

It would have been nice to have a sea view however this was noted during the booking process.

The property is very conveniently located in seapoint.

we had a unpleasant stay sadly because below the bedroom and living room windows is a generator stationed for the bar next door. A couple times per day for at least 6-8 hours the generator goes on and this happens during the night too, it’s impossible to sleep since it’s incredibly loud and noisy. this is something to keep in mind while booking this place, we had sleepless nights

The decor and cleanliness.

It was very hot and no flat sheet or fan, only a heater. Opening the windows let mosquito's in.

The suite was clean and the location was very quiet since I was working while staying here. It is safe and super convenient - in walking distance to the beach and shopping centres / restaurants

Only problem was the key access - I didn't receive the email notification about where to find the key, and the person I phoned for access wasn't very friendly, she was more annoyed that I was calling her about this. Lucky for me the cleaner was super friendly and helpful and she helped me leave my bags in the room while I went to get my keys. This is probably not normal thing to do - but I had 2 luggage bags and now had to take a 2nd uber to get the keys (an unnecessary expense had I known where to get the keys). Why not leave the keys in safes on the premises or at the garage down the same street.
