This studio has a stunning view from the 31st floor! It was clean and the space was used the best way possible. There is enough cutlery for 2 people. There is an iron, a hair dryer and a coffee machine. There were some coffee capsules available. There is a TV, there is a balcony and a cozy place to sit nearby the window and enjoy the view. As a bonus there is a supermarket downstairs plus there are many bus stops nearby, even though the city is on 10-15 mins walking distance. The studio is spacious enough for 2 people. The building is really quiet, there was not issue with the noise. The noise-isolation of the windows is so good that you barely hear the construction across the street on closed windows. There is 24/7 reception and late check in was not an issue.

The bed is small and uncomfortable - it feels like you are sleeping on the floor. We ended us sleeping on the couch which was also not very comfy, but much better than the bed, so please, change the mattress. Check out time is 10 AM which is quite early. The AC is programmed to turn on with a timer, which is inconvenient at night as it dries the air and we had to get up to stop it. There was accumulated dust on all the air vents - needs to be cleaned properly.

Schönes Appartment in sehr guter zentraler Lage (mitten im neuen Stadtteil Nivy, zwischen Eurovea-City - mit großem Einkaufszentrum - und Skypark). Sehr modernes Haus mit Supermarkt und weiteren Geschäften im EG. Der Blick aus dem 31. Stock (seitlich) auf die Altstadt mit Burg ist atemberaubend. Ideal, wenn auch ein bisschen kompliziert, ist der eigene Parkplatz, da wir mit Pkw angereist sind. Unbedingtes Must-Go in Bratislava ist die Konditorei Kormuth in der Fußgängerzone der Altstadt; zwar kostet eine Tasse Kaffee mit einem Stück Kuchen 20,00 €, jedoch sind Speisen/Getränke, Ambiente und Service ein Gesamtkunstwerk (wegen des Mindestverzehrwerst von 15,00 € pro Person werden auch keine Stadtführungen durchgeschleust).

Die Küchenausstattung ist minimalistisch (insbesondere Besteck etc.), was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat, weil wir (außer Frühstück) kein Essen in der Wohnung zubereitet haben. Die Einfahrt in die Tief-(besser Hoch-)Garage (Parkplatz befindet sich im 4. OG) ist ein bisschen tricky. Unsere Parkkarte funktionierte zeitweise nicht richtig; hier zeigte sich aber die gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, die telefonisch sofort alles mit der Sicherheitsfirma des Parkhauses regelte. Hinzuweisen ist auf die Großbaustelle direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite, wo ein weiteres (großes) Skypark-Objekt hochgezogen wird. Weil die Baustelle bisher nicht über den 10. Stock hinausgekommen ist, haben wir nur von oben auf die Baustelle geschaut, ohne dass wir gestört wurden. Wie sich das in Zukunft auswirken wird, können wir nicht abschätzen.
