the family/group that stayed on the B level beneath us acted inappropriately the entire time. also, we lost electricity for about two hours around 9pm one night. it’s not the property’s fault but it was a less than desirable situation!

the actual address was hard to find right away , the address provided on email is not correct i had to take time and overlook the maps several times to find the location that Booking.com was providing (which was the actual address)

The property was well appointed and had almost everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach but on the street. The photos gave the impression that there was direct beach access.

It was situated next to a large condominium building and our balcony overlooked the condo parking lot. Really disappointing! The unit also was not ready at check in time and we had to wait for towels to dry in dryer, and then fold them.

The way the fences are set up on the property makes it easy to have your pets come and go, as well as keeping kids safe. The property is a true pet friendly property. Restaurants are a 5min drive away, the beach is a 2min walk away its a beautiful property overall. The property is a great family and pet friendly vacation rental, a plus about the property was finding out that the property is handicap accessible with a wheelchair elevator attach to the house.

I disliked my experience with the rental property management company Vacasa. Had so many phone calls with more than one representative from Vacasa stating different policies then what was listed online. After all my pets were approved for my trip, another rep called me a few days away from check in stating they could not accommodate me with out any knowledge of the previous conversation with the rep. The communication between Vacasa could be a little more professional.
