Локация, вид на море, близко тонгсаала

Что уборку нужно каждый раз было нужно запрашивать. И чтобы мусор убрали из мешков тоже .

The beautiful views and modern villas The pool was lovely and clean and location was perfect

The beach could of been cleaned as there was rubbish all over it

Výborná poloha přímo u moře, velmi milý přátelský personál. Bazén byl každý den čistý. Vilky byly vždy hezky uklizené, klimatizace plně funkční.

The location is great and the place itself is beautiful.

The place itself is beautiful and has great potential, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing mainly because of the staff. The behavior and attitude of the staff and management were unprofessional and unpleasant, and did not match the level of the property. In addition, basic standards such as timely room cleaning were not met — rooms were cleaned very late in the day instead of being ready earlier, which is not acceptable. It is also important to mention that similar complaints have been reported by other guests, which clearly shows this is not a one-time issue. I am not looking for any compensation. My goal is simply that the management will improve the service, staff attitude, and overall standards so future guests will not have the same experience. Because of this, I would not return and would not recommend this place.
