Although the apartment does not have a balcony there is a rooftop for common usage. Good location and layout. Well equipped apartment.
There were ants on the apartment (including on the bed).

the location at the heart o Roma Norte
There was no one greeting upon arrival nor was I left instructions beforehand. it took a while to sort what I was expected to do. no one of explained me the flat. there is no AC or balcony. the windows only open ajar and they are floor to celing and a bit scary. there is no safe. hot water erratically until I figured out several taps at the same time. the walls are razor thin and I could hear the apartment. next door.
