The location of ORM Flores is incredible — truly one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It is extremely convenient for exploring Porto on foot and puts you right in the middle of everything. For location, it would be hard to beat.

The apartment itself was a good base for our group, but unfortunately the hosting and service left some room for improvement. Prior to arrival, we had specifically discussed the sleeping arrangements for three couples and one individual, but the beds were not arranged accordingly when we arrived. We also found the supply of towels and comforters limited for a group of our size. Communication was another challenge, particularly over the weekend, when responses were quite slow. These were relatively simple issues that could have made the stay significantly more comfortable with better preparation and responsiveness. Overall, the exceptional location is a major advantage, but the hosting experience and attention to our group’s previously communicated needs could be improved.

Excellent location! Easy walk from the train station. Provided with code for main building door and then apartment keys in lockbox at the apartment door. Apartment had what we needed...soap, toilet paper, napkins, linens, plates, glasses, bottle opener, coffee for stove top coffee (moka), good space for hanging clothes, etc. Although we were on the top floor, the curved stairs were easy to navigate with our luggage. The roof terrace with our apartment was spacious and had table and chairs. Bedrooms were in the back and away from the street noise. I had no trouble sleeping due to noise. The most noise is actually guests in the stairwell coming and going, which is not often as there are only 3 apartments, 1 on each level. The street below is full of restaurants and active, which was great! Easy walk to all of the sites and down to the river. It was a great spot and apartment. Felt safe, it was clean and the apartment with terrace view was nice after a day exploring. I have attached photos of the terrace, as you can stand and look down on the street, but main view if sitting and relaxing is of above the street level. It's a great spot.

Very good location. Great size, comfy beds. All round a very good stay.

Wohnung war nicht ordentlich geputzt, schlechte Qualität von Bettwäschen, keine Espresso Maschine, nur zwei Weingläser, Bialetti Kaffee Maschine sehr alt und schlechten Zustand, nur ein Müllsack
