No towels for 3 days that I stayed there and the place is roach infested no room service

A/C didn't work it was Hot and we were all sweaty at night. It also smelled alot like cigarette

Checked in then walked in the room and walk out right away went downstairs and checked out rooms was not what was expected and didn't get refunded really disappointed

The front office personnel was no help with my questions. The room was filthy and infested with roaches. The floor was muddy and beds had crumbs. The room was a non smoking room and smelled of smoke all through out and hotel as well.Tried to get a refund because of the conditions of the room. We didn’t not stay at all for both nights we had booked. The general manager did not care to help us the least to get the refund and told us to go ahead and post our bad review online. He told us to “do what we gotta do.” So unprofessional will never stay at a woodsprings suites and will never recommend them to anyone.

If I'm hungry or for a good fun night everything is around me from 1 min. To a 5 min. Distance and denny's is walking distance for after hours dinner

NOT ONE THING. This place only looks nice from the outside. It is impossible to find. I should've known it was going to be filth from the looks of the parking lot.

This place was disgusting, the smell of cigarettes, and body odor is outrageous. DO NOT STAY HERE. Spend an extra couple of dollars and stay somewhere CLEAN. I wouldn't wish this place on anyone.
