Toller Service. Wir hatten das Resort einen Tag lang ganz für uns alleine. Ausschließlich für uns wurde das Restaurant geöffnet. Daneben gibt es im Memory ein top sortiertes Spielezimmer, absolut Klasse. 👍🏻

The resort is beautiful with friendly staff. Our family particularly enjoyed the board games that are available for guests to play. Breakfast was good with a variety of western and Asian options.

To get your room cleaned you now have to book a time slot using a QR code in your room. It is a good concept but needs to be communicated to the guest at check in.

Clean, Child-Friendly, and Romantic This place was very clean, child-friendly, and had a very romantic atmosphere. It's a great choice for both couples and families. I also really liked the Smart TV, which was a very convenient feature.

The location is a bit inconvenient if you don't have a private car. Even with a car, finding restaurants or a convenience store requires a 10-minute drive, which wasn't very practical. I also didn't like the policy of charging for any damage to items in the room. Even for a small amount, it made me feel uncomfortable, especially for a place at this price point. While I understand the need for cost management, the guest's comfort should also be a priority.
