I had a wonderful stay here. The place was very clean, tidy, and comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is great, making it super convenient to get around. The price is also very reasonable. On top of that, the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back again if I need to stay in the area for a few weeks in the future. Highly recommended!

Owner ramah. Semua bersih, peralatan lengkap, panci, seterika, piring, sendok, gelas, dispenser galon, kulkas, jemuran, bahkan banyak perabotan layaknya dirumah sendiri. Disediakan juga air mineral, teh, kopi, tisu. Kasur sangat nyaman, wifi cepat, tv besar. Suasana bangunan masih baru, kolam renang bersih. Area dekat kampus banyak makanan berat yang murah enak. Dan utamanya hanga terjangkau. Sangat direkomendasikan.

Lovely little apartment, great enough for the sleepover in Yogya. The building is very modern, and the swimming pool is quite awesome. While the location in general is not particularly perfect, at least it's calm there, and close to the apartment building, there are food trucks with tasty food (dinner time).
On the first night, there was a major issue with the wifi which did not run at all. On the second day, the bathroom light was flashing like crazy, so we had to use our headlamp. We appreciate though, that the apartment administrator had been chatting with me on Whatsapp, trying to help us with those issues.
It would be very good if the room had a refrigerator.
