Clean apartment, flexible owners

The lady (Howeidah) who was the contact person was very helpful and understanding.

- The power dissapeared and we had to take a special card to the local supermarket to get a recharge. This card was then to be put into a slot by the meater. - The elevator was stopped for a couple of days. This meant that we had to climb up 7 floors till it was fixed. - One toilet leaked but was later fixed. - One air conditioner leaked but was later fixed. - The oven was not clean - We found spoons and forks but no knives. - There was only two small towels at start but that was fixed too. - a window in one beadroom did not shut properly

The host could not have been more helpful. A very pretty appartment

Would recommend staying in close contact with the host, we didn't do this after our bus from Cairo was cancelled. We arrived late after getting seats on the next bus and the taxi could not find the location on arrival. The driver recommended to advise that a more complete address would be helpful. All sorted eventually but lesson learned.

It was beautiful no problems at all, I even forgot my money after check out and the wonderful women kept it safe for me. I would defo recommend this place and definitely use them again.

I had no issues at all everything was perfect

I have been checked in at another property which is belongs to the same owner, with complete panoramic sea view, The location is great, the staff are friendly, welcoming, cooperative , helpful and ready all the time . clean and organised apartment, located above famous and huge supermarket where you can collect all your needs easily. it was real a great experience and that made my trip fruitful, joyful and memorable days . Thank you for such a great selection.

really difficult to use pipe water in property. pressure is bad, you have to turn a key on and off before you use it (you will be in trouble if you didn’t lol). No air conditioning and furniture is worn out. satellite tv wasn’t working too
