Absolutely nothing, false advertisement. The unit we got looks nothing to what’s shown on the pics. You pay for something and choose the best option which cost a little more but still be given the cheapest option
Nothing, my fiancé was in the dark because she arrived late yet I had checked in for the both of use the previous day. We had to go book another hotel at 1am

When I told the staff that I would be arriving later that evening they assured me that the keys to my hotel would be there on arrival I was told no one made arrangements for me and I had to look for alternative accommodation for that night at 11pm no one answered on the WhatsApp line and no one could give me answers. When we finally checked in the next day no one even bothered to let me know what they were planning on doing with he fact that I had to pay an additional amount for alternative accommodation or if they were planning on refunding me for the night that I lost.
Another thing the hotel was not cleaned properly each day we even ran out of toilet paper and the receptionist told us they are not responsible for replacing anything in the apartment we had to purchase that ourselves so no I will not be returning to your hotel and I will not be recommending it to anyone!
Oh and please install an aircon in the room it was ridiculously hot in there we could barely manage the heat the weekend and all there was a fan that barely worked

Absolutely nothing.
The staff were rude. The AC in the apartment was not fully functional. There’s only an ac in the bedroom, the living room didn’t have a fan or ac so when it got hot this place was unbearable to stay in. The host was very slow to reply and there would be random power cuts throughout the day consistently.

I liked that it was clean and that’s the only thing I liked.
EVERYTHING! From the security guy (dark in complexion, has black lips too, I forgot his name) to not being able to call the host. Checking in was impossible, the security guy was soooo rude, he really had a nasty attitude. I would rather sleep on the streets than have to deal with him ever again. The air conditioner was horrible, it’s too old and doesn’t function well. And there’s a lot of shady people outside the building, apparently it’s known for hook ups.

The place had cockroaches. I checked out early die to the insect problem. I requested a partial refund; I was willing to pay for the one night stayed and cleaning but host refuses to refund me.

The security stood out for me more than anything. It is by far the best I've seen in SA.
The convenience to malls and restaurants.
Check in was smooth; literally took less than 5 minutes. No paperwork. Everything is digital.
The peace and quiet regulations after hours was exactly what I needed to fully enjoy my stay..

After we arrived and see the situation of property we didn’t stay
The property provided was not the one that was booked but a completely different unit. My guests were devastated as the provided room was well below required standards. Critical facilities were not available, they advertised they have air-con in property but they didn’t and the only contact was with a whatsapp chat only number, which was unresponsive and finally unhelpful.
A terrible experience all round, definitely will not visit this property or host again.

The view was perfect I loved it , it also have both a bath and a shower I really did enjoy my stay here . The rooms were also clean

The facilities itself were good and meets the expectation of what we had booed. No complaints with the actual place.
The service was beyond bad. They have rules in place that are not communicated before the placed is booked.
The book in process is 2 hours.
I booked the place for 3 French speaking guests. The unit I booked was a 6 sleeper.
Apparently the rules were communicated to 1 of the guests, but because he is French he did not fully understand.
My guests had a visitor and then the electricity was cut off, because there is a no visitor policy. They then demanded a penalty for having a visitor in the unit, even thought the person visited for a short while and they did not exceed 6 people in the unit,
This is tantamount to extortion as we had prepaid the accommodation and they refused to reconnect the electricity without paying the R1000 penalty for 1 person who visited for a few hours. I'd like to add there was no complaints of bad behaviour or anything disruptive. Just because they had a business meeting in there apartment they were fined R1000.

It is my new home away from home. The apartment was AMAZING, from checking in, very seamless. The security always friendly and ready to assist. The apartments are centrally located. The view at night from the balcony OMG picturesque. My new favorite place, definitely booking there again

O complexo possui regras de um complexo residencial e não de apartamentos de férias, muito restritivo, invasivo e barulhento
Gestão do cliente - Não foi permitido acesso ao partamenmto por ter chegado 1 hora e meia depois da hora prevista
A gestão do condominio, a segurança bem como o proprietario do apartamento nada fizeram para acomodar a minha situação, forçando a pagar um outro alojamento apesar de alojamento confirmado e pago.

It was clean and in a great location and no loadshedding
The dustbins were a bit too far. We had to got all the way to reception area coz our finger prints were not working at B3 lifts.

- I got a unit that looked very different to what I actually booked.
- The bedroom sheets were old and scratchy, I couldn’t even sleep on them because they were so uncomfortable.
- The unit needs deep cleaning and the unit is a bit rundown. The carpets in the bedrooms are filthy, I couldn’t walk barefooted on them.
Really not worth it and the agent ignored my complaints about the bedsheets and the fact that the unit I got was not the unit I booked.

The host was very responsive. We communicated easily on WhatsApp. The accommodation is very clean and exactly like on the photos. It is a great location for people working in Sandton. The security in the apartment is very good. No power off during load shedding.
The lifts were down for a few days and I had to take the stairs up to 8th floor!
