The location was in the middle of everything, the breakfast room , the diverse breakfast, the breakfast staff, were very good, the receptionists tried to be helpful but didn’t always succeed. One young man named Choi was especially helpful. The fact one could buy food from a machine was helpful and the daily “present” at the entrance to the breakfast room was nice.
As it was a holiday our rooms were only cleaned every other day. We didn’t mind but it would have been nice to know in advance. We also would have been hapoier if the English of some at the reception desk would have been better.
Another thing- we would have liked a bar in the bathtub to hold on to.

The hotel is in the heart of Myeongdong, close to everything. The room was okay, though it could have been more spacious—especially the bed, considering it was for two people. Otherwise, it was fine. The staff were very helpful whenever I needed anything and spoke excellent English. It was a pleasant experience.

Perfect location central to many walkable attractions.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were clean, but small compared to western hotels (which was fine, we didn't spend much time in the room anyway)
Breakfast was amazing, great mix of Korean/western style food.
Face/wash cloth, and and iron would have been nice but not enough of an inconvenience to affect my rating.
