Perfect budge hotel. Parking right in front of hotel. I’d like to remind others that there was/is a strict fire ban.

Too pricey with the motel.

Room was clean

Toilet was not good and the flush was not working. SInce the stay was only for few hours, we didn't face the big problem.

The location wasn't bad and close to Tobermory - just a 6 minute drive into town.

The exact room size was listed on other sites for $100 LESS and when we tried to cancel or get the lower rate, we were refused. The stairs up to the second floor room and rocked and sagged when we walked on them; felt very dangerous. The upper 'deck' was covered in bird poop. The room was listed as a "Queen" but only had a double bed. The window facing the road was full of mold and water. The sink wasn't fixed to the wall so it rocked when you used it, and the toilet itself was installed 2" from the wall so that you had to sit sideways on it to use it.

Breakfast not served till 8;30. We had to leave at 7;30.

It was a very convenient location for a day in Tobermory. It was nothing special but staff were friendly and helpful.

Could hear people walking on our head late at night and early in the morning no coffee in room and no coffee until 8:30 am at the office

The location was amazing for the price. Large room good for 6 adults. Nice touch with the outdoor lights and swings.

Staff communication was a bit poor. We weren't informed of what's available at check-in so we missed out on breakfast. Wifi also didn't work well in our room.

Wifi was not working in our room. No solution after complaint.

The staff was accommodating and informative.

Friendly Staff

Bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Refrigerator was very loud. A floor dirt matt would be helpful. Water boiler would be also be very useful
