Plenty of space for a family of 6 adults and 2 children. Pool table and table tennis were great plus a good size heated pool. The villa gets plenty of sun throughout most of the day which is great.The washing machine was also great to have. There is a small shop across the road 5 minutes away when you go out the small gate in the villa complex which is just near our villa when you come out front door to the left. Plus there is a Cash Diplo just down from that little shop that has most everything you could need for your stay. It's about a 20 minute walk to the main centre. You can get taxi's which are very reasonable. The pool guy was very good. He even offered to drop us to the shop on the first day which was nice but we found our way.

we felt that a few areas could have benefited from a little more attention before our arrival. The sofa was quite grubby and could definitely do with a deep clean, and the floors didn’t feel as clean as we would have expected. We also noticed that the dishwasher had a stagnant smell and appeared as though it hadn’t been properly cleaned or emptied before we arrived. Also the light is the pool was disconnected and floating in it. We had paid extra for a cot that wasn't there when we arrived so the baby had to sleep in the bed. I had to get in touch with the owner Paul who made sure it was immediately rectified the next day. Paul was helpful with anything we needed. Now these aren't things I didn't like as such. Just a few minor issues. We would have no hesitation in staying at this villa again as we very much enjoyed our stay.

Loved the property. Prefect for our stay - children were safe, pool size was great for 4 kids. Large outdoor space, loads of floaties, goggles etc in the games room. Bedrooms were perfect. Air conditioning was very welcomed on very hot days. Extra towels left half way through the holiday although didn’t really need them as we had used the washing machine. Plenty of parking spaces at the villa property.

Sometimes the sliding doors felt a little loose when closed.

As a blended family of 6 of all ages there was something for everyone to do at all times.

As a young ish family the location didn’t bother us but it was about a 15 min walk to the main PB center and beach.

Die Villa war sehr groß und geräumig, auch die einzelnen Zimmer waren alle von der Größe her gut. Alle Zimmer hatten Fenster oder Türen nach draußen, die ganze Villa war schön hell. Auch gab es große Schränke mit viel Platz für Klamotten. Das Wohnzimmer hatte sehr hohe Decken. Der Außenbereich war groß und mit einem eigenen Pool ausgestattet. Es waren 2 Safes vorhanden. Wir hatten in einem Bad mit dem Warm-Wasser Probleme und der Mixer war kaputt. Beides wurde auf Nachfrage sofort repariert bzw. ausgetauscht. Schlüssel lag in einer Schlüsselbox bereit, somit war der Check-In sehr flexibel. Wir hatten einen eigenen Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Die luxuriöse Villa ist leider überhaupt nicht luxuriös. Zunächst stand uns der Tennisplatz gar nicht zur Verfügung, weil dieser saniert wurde. Dies habe ich erst kurz vor Reisebeginn auf eigene Nachfrage erfahren, weil ich es in einer Rezension gelesen habe. Der Außenbereich war relativ dreckig, dort hat schon langer niemand mehr sauber gemacht. Die Stühle sind durchgesessen, die Auflagen sind dreckig, die Liegen sind ebenfalls durchgelegen. Es gab einen Sonnenschirm, der verkehrtherum in einem viel zu großen Schirmständer stand, also keine Möglichkeit ihn aufzustellen. Auf der Terrasse oben waren kaum Möbel, anders als auf den Fotos angezeigt. Der Billardtisch ist an vielen Stellen kaputt, es gibt nur alte Kugeln und nur einen Kö. Unterm Tischbein sind Kekspackungen gegen das Wackeln untergebracht. Die Schläger zum Tischtennis spielen sind alle kaputt. In der Küche wurden wir von einer Ameisenstraße begrüßt. Es stand bereits bei Ankunft dreckiges Geschirr in den Schränken, kein Wunder, denn die Spülmaschine spülte nicht richtig sauber. Zuletzt hat sie gar nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Die Pfannen und Töpfe sind oft locker an den Griffen und ziemlich zerkratzt, Warm-Wasser läuft nicht richtig in der Küche. Bei der Nespresso-Maschine fehlte der Auffangbehälter für die Kapseln, so dass immer Kaffeereste unter der Maschine rausliefen. Die Sofa-Kissen im Wohnzimmer waren alle total dreckig und durchgesessen. In einem Bad war was kaputt, es wurde sofort repariert, aber trotzdem ärgerlich, sich im Urlaub darum kümmern zu müssen. In einem anderen Badezimmer lief das Duschwasser nicht ab. Das Bettzeug und die roten Überwurfdecken waren nicht besonders sauber. Oft fleckig oder mit Haaren drauf. Fenster in der ganzen Villa wurden scheinbar ewig nicht sauber gemacht. Die Angabe 1 km bis zum Stand stimmt nicht, es sind über 2 km. Wir konnten uns dort gut arrangieren, allerdings erwarte ich für den Preis tatsächlich etwas mehr „Luxus“.
