+ i liked the location next to fabi junction trotro station on the lake road and quiet neighbourhood + friendly and helpful staff + breakfast (i must say i cannot understand the negative critics about the breakfast i was always satisfied) + good wifi and aircondition + we had the rooms 8 and 6 with view towards the courtyard

only minor things - some of the mosquito nets in the bathroom were not closing completely - the tap in room 8 was leaking if opened fully

The quiet environment which was what I wanted, the staff was very helpful and accommodating even when I had issues with my card and arrived later than expected.

The reception from the entire staff was very good. The breakfast was super good. The room was well cleaned and arranged with a very strong bed neatly dressed with plenty of pillows as well as a blanket. The room's interior decoration is very simple and beautiful. The room is noise-free from the outside. The bathroom is neat with a functional water heater. They have a strong and reliable WiFi connection.
