Extremely spacious, everything is in top condition, easy communication, parking in front of the door.
I would highly recommend it.

The location was fabulous, in a quiet courtyard. The rooms were very comfortable. The apartment was incredibly spacious and well equipped with a super comfy couch
The main bedroom (with the jacuzzi bath) does not have air-conditioning, although there is one in the lounge area, which could filter through but then had to leave door open

Nothing.

We stayed just for an overnight, but we really liked the property. The apartment is newly renovated, comfortable, centrally located, very clean and has everything we needed. If we visit Kutaisi again, we will go back.
