Beds were not comfortable - mattresses sinking The £150 deposit I did not notice in the listing, left the property, taken photos of how the property was left, was expecting the deposit to be returned with 2 days , nothing , messaged host to find out when the deposit would be return. I was informed this is usually with 7 days after 7 days, no refund , on the 8th day I had to message the host about it, only then the deposit was refunded. I was only informed of the deposit on the morning of when we were due to leave, and the key code to access the property would only be given after the deposit was paid. I felt I was placed in a difficult position and had no choice but to pay the deposit. Which obviously I had too as we were about to travel and would otherwise have no where to stay. This was not a nice position to be in especially as full payment was already taken before. I book properties regularly on booking.com and thisnis the first time I had to pay a deposit.

Very comfortable beds, gated drive for cars kitchen and living room was lovely

I like the decor and layout of the house. Parking was good.

It hadn't been cleaned. Bedrooms smelt of BO, crisps on the floor, dishwasher full and dirty, dusty, crumps on the sofa.
