Location
The shower in the spa was terrible; the hot tub wasn't hot.

We had to go to a different location to get the keys which was a little confusing at first. but once we figured it out it was straight forward. Good location and facilities.

The property was well presented and in a nice convenient location. It had most of the facilities and amenities required.
A couple of issues during our stay.
1- the en suite shower was either blocked or of poor design causing it to overflow all over the floor of the bathroom and onto the upstairs balcony and into the ground floor. We did not have a mop so this was difficult to clean up. The issue remained during our stay.
2- the power outlets at the bedside were not working , as I use a medical device this made using it problematic during our stay.
3- the apartment was very warm and would benefit from a cooling fan or aircon during warm weather.
We reported the first two issues on day two, but they were not rectified.

"Helles, modernes und sehr großzügiges Apartment an der Mottlau, alles wirkt noch sehr neu. Der Support von Downtown ist unglaublich schnell und hilfreich.
