Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials.

If you have minimum standards for comfort, you shouldn't pick this hotel. 1. First of all the pictures on the website are quite old, probably right after the construction. 2. Don't get cheated by the look of the front reception room. 3. Not even worth Rs.4000/- for two nights, just not only becoz the hardest bed I had slept on, but there was no faucet for the toilet.....Can you even imagine? 4. Stained bedsheets 5. Stinky bathroom After all, it's ur perception of comfort and worthiness,if you are coming from South Indian states, you are going to be disappointed.

Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Location of hotel is the only thing that's good about the hotel.

First and foremost this is not a Fab hotel as it is being projected. It is hotel Aditya. While booking from booking.com I have opted for checkin at 11am but when I reached hotel the person incharge said he can't give me room before 12 as their normal booking starts from 12pm. I have to wait on front door of hotel for 1hour. Staff is quite rude and untrained, you can imagine the situation by the fact that there housekeeping staff comprises of only two underage boys. Rooms are horrible if we look from fab hotel standards, all the rooms are quite small and smelly with dirty bedsheets. I have to pay additional sum of money in cash to the person incharge to get a decent room with ventilation. Finally, I have opted for breakfast while booking the room, and I was shocked by the breakfast they served, on day 2 they served 2 slices of bread with tea and on day 3 they served 1 paratha with cold tea this time. Overall, it was a horrible experience. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms were filthy; bed linens seemed to be not cleaned for months with lots of hairs; They didn't bother to change even after we complained; bathrooms were stinky with no toiletries, just the soap; no towels; loads of construction noise even at around 9 pm. I wish I had taken photos to support the filthiness.
