We enjoyed the overall peaceful, relaxing environment.
We never used the outdoor grill. It appeared to not have been cleaned. Other than that, everything was exceptional.

Awesome place/location, clean interior, very relaxing, great backyard, old Florida neighborhood; within walking distance of the grocery store and pizza place. During Memorial Day, the river was quite busy but fun to experience. A boat ramp, the ocean, a golf course, and Washington Oaks are very close to the house.
No boat lift as shown in the pictures; we used spring lines for our 21-ft boat, but some of the waves were huge, with 60-70-ft boats going by at top speed, 30 ft from the dock.

What breakfast?? Love the view and the tranquility of the early mornings on the river. Watched dolphins feed 2 of the 3 mornings we were there and also saw manatees.
I'm just nitpicking a little, but IMO the TV could be bigger with the size of the room and the angle at which you had to watch. Could have used a knife sharpener :)
