Comfortable bed, spacious and sunlit bedroom.
Area had several stores nearby, from pharmacies to fruit and vegetable stores, restaurants, etc.
Host always very diligently tried to fix any issue that would come up.
Bad Internet connection: it was intermittent for the first few days: it would disconnect and disconnect every 30 seconds; host had to call several times the Internet access provider (Claro) to have them send twice their technicians to fix the problem, which they couldn't do the first time and for which I had to wait a full week with the same issue. Internet worked fine the second week of my stay.
Kitchen had several missing or poorly functional items.
There is a bar below the bedroom, which made the area noisy until late at night (00:00am-1:00am) a few nights every week, and noisy as early as 5:00am every morning.
