There was nothing to be liked except for the fact that the location was strategic to what we aim to do during our stay.

There's multiple things that I didn't like : 1. there was no wifi (they forgot to pay the wifi and have no wifi) 2. it was ok if there was no wifi IF there was mobile reception - but there was none 3. The CR has no ent 4. the guard and the receiving people are rude 5. too many extra charges (its 1k deposit per room, not per booking) 6. parking was bad

Bathroom sink was clogged. There were baby cockroaches. I think putting a plastic waste bag would have helped. I hope they provided a refill of the complementary bottled water.

front desk lady was trying to keep 2,500 i handed her foe deposit, she said i did not give it to her . she double check after i got mad and finally admitted that it was on her drawer i was charged 400 pesos a day for my pet . and was never mentioned that there was a fee .
