The house was cute and it had everything well appointed. It was a great place to relax. It was also convenient to many places.

The only problem was the driveway and where to turn around. It was steep.

The place is very cozy and beautiful inside. I loved the overall theme of the house. The multi-level bathroom and bedroom was fun and made the place a little roomier! Everything was neat and clean! The wooded area around us was nice with the tall bamboo in the background.

The driveway was a bit steep but manageable. There was trash on the banister on the front porch when we arrived. We wanted to go out and have a fire, but with the 10pm rules, we felt we had no time to enjoy it. The bathrooms were really nice, but the showers had low water pressure.

The small two-level house was very cozy and clean. The house had everything for comfortable rest and enjoyment. Breakfast on the outdoor terrace, a cool covered patio for a hot afternoon, an evening by the fire surrounded by fireflies. Vacasa management company is always in touch and ready to solve any issue. We definitely want to come back here again.

The kids loved the multi-level/multi-room configuration. Nice kitchen and location.

The property was great, the surprise $300 in fees was not great. The bathroom doorway that opens into the stairwell landing seems like a hazard.

Cute cottage like house. Cozy and comfy. Close to where we needed to go.

Drive way a little tricky but fine once we learned it. And the internet was out but fixed late next day. Please note no cell phone service unless you have internet wifi

The proximity to downtown was awesome, such a short drive to get there! The house had a fire pit, which was so enjoyable as the weather was somewhat chilly at nights during our stay. The table on the front porch was nice to have breakfast at. I will note that we did not know there was a Keurig until arrival as the photos/description do not state that (we're big coffee drinkers!!) but it was nice to have the Keurig there for coffee. It was also wonderful to come back after the hiking (highly recommend hiking, DuPont State Recreational Forest, it's about an hour drive away but so worth it!!)

The downstairs bathroom seems updated, but the tub/shower does not and I'm not sure what process would have been to cause this, but it looks like someone re-sealed the tub and in that process there were small hairs (like from someone that shaved) kind of sealed to the floor of the shower, which made it seem like the cleaning crew had not cleaned on first looking at it.

Squirrel's Nest was very comfortable and absolutely immaculate. Location was perfect for us. Loved having the porch for coffee together in the morning. Vacasia was responsive to questions. We would definitely rent it again.

There are one or two steps that are deeper than the others on the stairway. Be careful and hold on to railing.
