House itself was great. There was plenty of space for our large group of 9. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The location close to Olympic National Park was great for day trips into the park.

The house wasn't clean when we checked in. There was dirt and food on the floor, and a dirty diaper under one of the beds. I can live with dirt on the floor, but the really unpleasant surprise came when we tried to go to bed. The beds had not been changed. They just re-made the beds with the same dirty sheets. Some of the beds had hair in them, others had crumbs, dirt and food remnants (popcorn). I texted and called the managment company to try to get clean sheets... no response that night. There were not enough clean sheets in the linen closet to change all the sheets. The management company did refund $200 of the $350 cleaning fee charged. They told us that's all they were paid. Also, the hall door was falling off its hinges, which meant the bedroom off the living room had an open door our whole stay, making it difficult to use the living room if anyone was sleeping in there.

The house was just as advertised. Large, clean, well supplied and comfortable. The patio was great! The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any and all of our requests..

We felt that for the cost of cleaning ($450) that the cleaners would strip the beds and take out the garbage, but it was our responsibility to do that.

The house was absolutely beautiful and we can’t wait to come back sometime! Netflix on both TV’s and right near Safeway for anything we needed. Big yard that our daughter had lots of fun exploring. Fireplaces kept the house plenty warm. Master bathroom shower and the spacious two door glass front pantry is just gorgeous! :)

I can’t really think of anything we didn’t like. Our daughter did stain her shirt and I got a stain on my hoodie so having stain remover in the laundry area might be a good idea. Trash and recycling was pretty piled up outside and we couldn’t really tell which bin was which. It’d be nice if the trash was cleaned up and recycling organized. Maybe label the bins so people know which is which.
