Заботливый персонал

Очень сильная слышимость. Мы жили на первом этаже, а на верху люди топали и вели себя громко, не давали уснуть и разбудили . Плохой WiFi мы смотрели фильм в качестве 360 длительностью 40 мин, смотрели 2,5 часа из-за бесконечной загрузки и зависания. Так же чистота оставляет желать лучшего

El personal y el sitio.

Looks like a small village in the jungle. The apartment itself is good, many pillows and Netflix works there😁. Fridge is plus.

I heard every movie from the second floor, very noisy. The hotel is not new, so curtains in the room and shower doesn’t work. Stairs at the swimming pool really als and scary.

Affordable. Location amongst nature (if you have your own transport).

I was given a room that faces the Reception wall 🙄. Could hear the staff & music all night. There is also construction going on right next door, with workers being able to look directly into the windows. Even if I had opened the curtains, the view is mostly blocked by a wall. As others have mentioned, the shower has cold water only, towels were old & stained. You can also hear EVERYTHING from the neighboring rooms above and next door. Talking, walking, taking a shower etc. If you're a light sleeper, would not recommend. The location is gorgeous, however guests should be informed about the construction. I would also rather pay a bit more for a place where you can get a good night's sleep, rather than being kept awake by the neighbors.

quiet place, clean and lots of privacy with bathtub

only first night we have drinking water. they won’t change towels for you when doing the house keeping

Location was good.

The bungalow was pretty bad, mattress not comfortable, horrible shower, and small tube of soap. The AC was also not cold at all, all the equipments were not efficient. Very disappointed.

Hôtel trop loin du centre de Ubud. Peu de possibilités de se restaurer. Chambres très très bruyante et mal insonorisées. Petit déjeuner très moyen et limité en choix. Le personnel était juste poli mais très peu disponible pour proposer leurs services pourtant énumérés dans le Book ( taxi resto etc..)
