The apartment was exactly as shown in pictures, all details included. It was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The pool and hot tub are big, and they were quite clean. It was generally very satisfactory.

Some details in the description were misleading. It didn't clearly say it was an apartment along tens others with a shared pool among all apartments. The 60$ cleaning fee is hidden below; one wouldn't clearly notice it. In addition to that, taking out the garbage was unnecessary, especially considering the cleaning fee we pay.

the location is really close to where we are going so its convenient. All information is really spot on. Easy to figure out. The house is really clean and convenient. Basic kitchen stuff are all in there. It's an awesome stay.

I was not used to having to pay extra $500 deposit for damage insurance... hotels charge only I think $100 to $150 only and its rare.I was not also used to paying cleaning expense of $60 which I expect the owner will shoulder the amount since he was renting it. So the total amount went up to around $250 including tax which is at par to the other hotels around the area. I was also informed to take out our trash outside. My question is, why pay the $60 additional price when we have to do the work in putting out our garbage? Hotels do not ask the clients to do such a thing. I think that's the only down side. The vent is blowing air instead of sucking in air so when we cooked, we need to open the patio door to get the smell a bit out. I think the owner needs to fix this. But overall, I'm satisfied.
