Everything was more than we expected by the reviews .

The the room and courtyard were clean.
Very expensive for a room that did not have a microwave or anything else to warm up food. The fringe is the smallest of small fridges I’ve ever seen in a hotel room and I’ve stayed in hotel rooms all over the world. However, there is a very small kitchen on the ground floor near the stairs which has a microwave, crockery and cutlery.

Gorgeous room, the little garden terrace was just lovely and a perfect location to have breakfast. Across the road to the beach and kids play area, and a short walk to Batehaven shops with supermarket, pharmacy, cafes and fish and chips. Nice pool area and an enclosed room where can spend time outside the room with others guests. Lovely coffee and a small room with microwave and affordable snacks. Bed was amazing, it wasn't too hard.
Car park a little tight

The patio off the bedroom
For the money it was ok. It was very clean, easy to find and check in was good. It just wasn’t a great place. Off a busy road .
