Nice, quiet property away from the noise of central Chiang Mai. BOLT and GRAB do service the area, but there can be a wait.
Ants were an issue until we bought spray. Once we sprayed it was no longer a problem.

Very good price for the whole house. Nice if you want a peaceful place to stay.
I liked everything. You need a scooter to get around but that's obvious.

A tiny house in San Pa Tong, 40 min from the Airport

Perfect place for a family with a small child. A clean and cute house with a small area for the child to play. House absolutely safe for the child, the fence around the house, no stairs.
Many beautiful national parks within an hour drive.
There are a lot of small markets and restaurants with very cheap food, nice gym and library near the house.
