Lovely situation, central and in a one way street. Busy but the room was quiet. The check in was well explained in a message and easy to come and go.
We were there on a Sunday and breakfast is served close by from a coffee shop. Which was ok but with limited choice.

Clean and tidy. Friendly (remote) host. Convenient for the Tower, Duomo, Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna and the historic centre. Decent WiFi. Breakfast is at a nearby cafe.
Room and particularly the bathroom are typical and therefore quite compact. The desk is small if you are planning to work in the room. A bit noisy at night but not terrible. - student accommodation either side.

The host, Alessandro, really takes care of you. He makes sure you arrived to the apartment without any troubles. He also helped me order a taxi to the airport. Whole experience made me regret I wasn't in Pisa for longer!

V nicely presented apartment with lovely roof terrace. Comfy bed and good shower. V convenient for the sights and 15min walk from the station. They communicated well and took our luggage early.
Only one thing....
Making a call to unlock the door meant data charges for me as I only had mobile data with no calls.
