Enjoyed the experience of our stay! The home provided most things we needed! So cutely decorated and located close to Lake Mohave. The Host was very accessible when I had questions. We would definitely book again.

This property is beautiful, well taken care of , and organized. This place became the hang out spot for my family (they all rented other properties near by) because it was well stocked with games, kitchen appliances, and the furniture was comfortable and in abundance. Even the beds were comfortable. Labels everywhere and stocked with all necessities. This was such a nice place to return to after spending a day on the lake. We will be back.

Me and a couple friends rented this place for a Fishing tournament. Turned out far better than expected. Place was super clean, organized and basically brand new. All the drawers and cabinets were organized and labeled. Was able to use the garage as well. Place was totally turnkey. Wonderful. I’ll be back soon. I hope I can get my dates. Thank you again.

Beautiful home with everything you would need. Beds were comfortable. All the little extras that you need and that saved us tons of money. From dryer sheets and detergent to dishwasher pods. Thank you! My parents and I had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It is beautiful and is stocked with quality items. The beds were comfortable and the towels were top notch. There was plenty of room for the four adults and the one teenager who stayed in the home. We also had grandparents who were staying close by join us for meals, and there was plenty of room for seating. It is a very clean home. The owners were great to deal with, they provided us with plenty of information prior to our stay. We had no reason to contact them during our stay, everything went smoothly. Easy check in and check out. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here!

This was a great home for us for our long weekend in Bullhead visiting family. We had all we needed and the owners were very responsive.

We stayed at this beautiful home for our end of summer trip, this home was amazing and Kimberly was an absolute delight to work with. We ended up with the Arizona monsoons that weekend and had no power for quite a few hours. Kimberly was constantly in touch with us to make sure we were safe and made sure we had what we needed, we will definitely be booking again for next summer..

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It is truly a 5-star property. Check-in was easy and communication was excellent. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the towels. The location is great and a short drive to Katherine’s Landing. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The house is spacious and easily accommodated four adults and two teenagers. I would highly recommended. Communication with owner was easy and convenient

Everything was clean, organized, beautifully decorated, and you couldn’t beat the location to the lake. We have a wonderful time and will definitely stay again.

This place was perfect and the garages made it over the top. We had a place to house our boats and a beautiful place to relax, eat and most importantly, sleep. There were 4 of us adults, 1 handicapped who uses a walker to get around. We really appreciated the totally ranch level home. The walk-in shower was great, love the pebble floor. There were a couple of problems & they were fixed as soon as we reported them. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood convenient to Laughlin casinos and the Lake. It was nicely decorated with a lot of attention to details such as really nice comfortable beds, large luxury bath towels, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pans, utensils, etc., you would need. The wrap-around couch was a little too low for us older folks, but there were comfortable living room chairs for us to use. The living room rug had fringes which caused a bit of a problem for the walker. Our stay was great, had lots of fun with our daughter & fiancee visiting from Alaska. Definitely hope to stay there again in the future.

Not your average rental.... We were lucky enough to be the very first guests in this home. We showed up and our expectations were exceeded. The pictures do not do this property justice. The furniture was very comfortable and it was decorated beautifully. Honestly felt like we were in there full time home not a rental property based on the amenities. Every item we could have hoped for was provided in the kitchen. I am a chef in Los Angeles and I love to cook. The pots and pans were great quality and all the fun kitchen gadgets were stocked. Beds were very comfortable, sheets were soft and the towels are so fluffy. The lake was only about 5 minutes away, we parked our boat in the driveway and launched each day because the slips at Kathrine's landing were full. The water temperature was perfect. We love this month of the year because the lake is not too busy. We went to the casinos to play a bit. Even won a little extra cash. Casinos are very close to this house. We took an Uber so we could enjoy some adult beverages. I spoke with the owners and they said they hope to have a pool built before the new year. We did not make it to Oatman on this trip but we will be back soon. Absolutely booking this home again. Owners said they have 2 locations a few houses away from each other. So maybe we will bring a larger group next time and split up into the 2 homes??
