The condo we rented was just as described & was excellent. My only big gripe with the property itself was that we had to use the bellhop for check-in. We were unable to bring our items up ourselves on a cart. (we had 2 trucks with 6 people.) The morning we left, we had to obtain a cart from security since it was very early. In addition, we had an issue at the pool bar whereas we paid cash for some drinks yet we received a notice the next day that we needed to pay for those drinks, as I didn't have the authority to charge anything to our room. That issue was resolved with management quickly. We also learned that we paid completely different prices for the same 2 drinks 2 days in a row, but by different bartenders. The pool & the property were very nice though. I'd go back.

The perfect stay for our family of five! Family-friendly hotel, with easy access to the pools and beach. Close to everything we needed from groceries, restaurants and entertainment. The staff was kind and helpful, our suite was clean. The balcony was enjoyed by all, perfect for morning coffee and squeezing in some work. We will definitely return.

The condo was beautiful as well as the property! View was gorgeous. The outdoor pool and amenities were enjoyable by our whole family. The resort staff were very personable and we enjoyed getting to know them during our stay. I was surprised by the lack of cleanliness of the condo; lots of dust, gritty floor, food in the couch cushions, hair everywhere including silverware drawer and in the bed. I had to rewash a lot of items myself before use. I will say it was nice having a washer and dryer right in the unit as we did laundry about every other day and repacked all clean clothes so i dont have that to do when we get home!Pollen was high, which is understandable; it didnt appear balconies and furniture were cleaned between guests though as items were stacked, covered in pollen and cobwebs. We didn't use the balcony off the master bedroom because of this, which we otherwise would have. We found it impractical to only be provided 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper per bath, paper towel,1 pouch of laundry soap and dishwasher soap for the length of our stay. We had to purchase additional of all products.Overall the location was amazing. We were close to everything we wanted to do. Food was amazing. I would definitely stay at this resort again, but likely book directly through The Marina as the 3rd party vendor didn't provide great communication nor customer service.

It was a very nice hotel, but the unit that we stayed and had the most uncomfortable furniture from beds to chairs to couches, there were so many stains on the carpet, the couch. The dining room light hardly worked and when it did, it wasn’t need it, there must be a short inside of the wall on the light switch
