This property is beautiful! It is well stocked with all kitchen items for an army, which we were. It is close to everything we wanted to do. The view is amazing! There was plenty of room for all 27 of us to hang out, play games, and overall just enjoy Christmas together.

This was a great place to get the entire family together. The check in and out was easy, communication was great. Overall a very great place to get the family together and relax.

This is a great house on the corner at top of hill. The dining area was great for the rehearsal party we had there. Kitchen well stocked as were bathrooms. We had everything we needed - except pot holders and kitchen cloths and towels.

This property was great for our group of friends and kiddos. We rented a slip and boat about 15-20 mins away and the RentBranson team even helped recommend a few docks. Each family was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. We had a few bumps with getting into the home and needing maintenance, but the team was super responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and they had a high chair, pack and play and other baby necessities. It was nice to have multiple living spaces for kids to spread out as well. The bunk room was a huge hit! We did recommend that the property add a mop as the floors get pretty dusty. The beds are firm so expect that. Our group cooks a lot so we did bring extra pans and things, but there are plenty of pans to get you started and the house is fully stocked with cups, plates and coffee cups. There is construction as it’s a newer development but it was contained and we weren’t at the property during the day for it to bother us. We’d stay at this property again!

We had a group of 28 people and this house was perfect for us! Each of the six couples had their own room and the loft area accommodated all 16 kids comfortably. The kitchen was perfect to make meals in and was stocked with everything we needed, including two dishwashers to load the amount of dishes that comes with meals for 28. The dining area made it so everyone could eat together and the sitting areas were perfect for hanging out in. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and all the kids loved playing air hockey and the nba arcade game. The pool was a short walk away and we were grateful to have our own hot tub since the one at the pool is only for ages 14 and up. We had plenty of towels and toiletries. The owners really did think of everything. If we had to find a gripe (which was hard) it was that the balcony locks were not working and some of the rooms didn’t have locks. A simple fix that I’m sure the owners will address, since they seem to have put a lot of thought and care into making this the perfect place to stay while in Branson with a large group!

Nice property but major construction in the area made it muddy and dusty. Kitchen was nice but lacking commonly available things such as a pancake griddle, salt & pepper shakers, quality cookware, etc. There were two nice washer/dryers but gum in the dryer. The mattresses on the beds were cheap and hard. Cleaning was marginal and we mopped several of the floors. This location has potential but not until the construction in the area is finished, complete stocking of the kitchen as noted and thorough cleaning is done (which can only be done after the mud and dust in the area are gone).

This place was beautiful, the perfect set up for our youth group trip ! The view off the balconies is gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The only negative we had about the house is that the beds are very hard an uncomfortable. I don't think one of our 24 guests slept well .

Our work retreat of 30 people had a last minute change of plans and we needed a location to host our group meals and discussions. Booking was easy and staff were very responsive. This property worked great for us! Since we only needed the house for a meeting location, not rooms for sleeping, Rent Branson was willing to give us an adjusted rate to use the facility without use of the bedrooms. Our team was incredibly pleased! The only aspect I would warn future occupants about, is the active construction during business hours. It was loud at times and very dusty which made it difficult to use the outdoor accommodations on the porch. The furniture on the porch was extremely dusty and unappealing to use, but that is only the result of being in a construction zone and had nothing to do with the staff. Everything indoors was clean and very pleasing.

Great view, lots of space, entertainment for all. The construction caused A LOT of dirt but we understand it is a temporary issue. Would’ve enjoyed the decks more without the dirt!

The house was large and had a lot of room. The kitchen is great for large gatherings and meals.
The kids loved the game room. The dryer was not working, after reaching out, I was informed that somehow I must be mistaken because maintenance had said it was good...... seems odd. The hot tub was filthy and the water smelled really really bad. Again I was told that I must be mistaken because they had photos of it being clean before my arrival (they never sent the photos).
Other than these issues it was good house. Really annoying to spend thousands and be told I am somehow wrong in my assumptions.

If you’re looking for a modern, clean and stunning house, look no further!! This is the perfect hide-n-go seek house as well! Could not have asked for a more perfect house to stay at on vacation. There was construction noise like stated in the description, but we weren’t there much during the day to notice. Will definitely return!
