Eine bezaubernde Wohnung in der Via Laura, in bester Lage im historischen Stadtzentrum, mit der zusätzlichen Ruhe eines umzäunten Gartens. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Piazza Santissima Annunziata entfernt – die von Brunelleschi selbst entworfen wurde und als der schönste Platz der Stadt gilt – ist die Wohnung ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die vielen reizvollen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu erkunden. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt kannst du das Museo di San Marco, das Archäologische Nationalmuseum von Florenz und die Accademia besuchen, in der Michelangelos David zu sehen ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines historischen Gebäudes und erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Doppelzimmer, ein komplettes Badezimmer und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Essbereich und Fernseher. Vom Wohnzimmer führt eine Treppe zum Zwischengeschoss, wo sich zwei weitere Einzelbetten befinden, sodass die Wohnung insgesamt bequem Platz für 4 Gäste bietet.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in Florence! It was very comfortable and met all of our family needs. We also thought is was very conveniently located near the major attractions of Florence. It was about a 15 minute walk to the train station, but close to all the major sites. We wish we could have stayed at this home for longer!

The courtyard was beautiful. The accommodations were very comfortable and the host was extremely accommodating with our difficulties in getting across town from the train station.

Four of us stayed at Corte al Duomo during the July heatwave. The location, the actual building, and the courtyard were wonderful. The style of the unit was pretty cool. Our contact, Tommaso was attentive prior to our arrival, not afterwards. (Yes, we did alert him about the AC and the lamps that didn't work.) The unit was clean. The downsides - there are repairs and maintenance that need to be addressed in the unit. Big items- the AC in the main LR/kitchen/loft does not cool the space. The fan provided has no real force, so it barely moves the air, when on high. AC in the bedroom works, but there's a leak in the condensate line so it drips over the door to the room and leaves a puddle on the floor. The twin beds in the loft are hard as a rock. The mattress in the main bedroom is sloping towards the middle.Small stuff that adds up.The shelf in the shower is broken, while the frame for it remains. There's no place to put shampoo etc, but the floor. A number of outlets and lamps did not work. Many cupboard doors and drawers were damaged . The fridge didn't close properly, so you had to push the bottom of the door or it would leak on the floor (as it had on our arrival). The kitchen was oddly stocked with bountiful baskets, but few glasses or dishes. Stovetop coffee makers, but no coffee. No dish towel and no place to dry dishes. A request to empty your garbage and recycle in city bins, with no containers for recycling. One key, no other options. A request to pay city to
