This property is located very close to alll of the restaurants you'd want to go to. We enjoyed the lake view and proximity to the area attractions. The condo is very comfortable and nicely appointed. All of the updated features made for an enjoyable stay except for the selections of television stations. We are not fans of only "streaming" tv. There were no live television stations available. While we recognize that most people do not go to this area to watch television, it was still a disappointment to not have any live tv available.

Beautiful property, just as pictured! A short walk along the path to the beach club and pool. My children and grandchildren had an excellent time. A short drive to many attractions for summer fun. I would stay here again:-)

Relaxing few days at lake.

Our expectations were met and exceeded upon opening the door to this modern, updated condo. We had everything we needed there and more! It was immaculately clean, with all the conveniences, from a large soaking tub to a coffee and tea station, to large bedrooms with plenty of space. It's also right next to a beach club with a pool, lake, lots of water toys, and a restaurant with outdoor bar a very short walk away. Owner is very responsive, always answering our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

It was beautiful the house was everything we expected. The location was perfect the view of the lake was amazing. It was a relaxing rejuvenating resetting experience.

This townhome is located in a lake membership community with all of the benefits that come with that. (Also, a few detriments - sounds of families at the pool, live music from the tavern). It wasn't very crowded when we were there so we never had to wait for anything. We kayaked, hiked and sat on one of the decks just enjoying the view daily. Everything in the unit is tasteful and comfortable - beds, pillows, bathing supplies. My second favorite thing is that the kitchen had clean Cuisinart skillets, sharp knives and pretty much anything you need to cook with. My most favorite thing is that the hosts are gracious and very responsive. They made our stay so much better by quickly assisting when needed.

I cannot say enough good things about the hosts and the property itself. They went out of their way a few times because of a minor technology hiccup when checking in.

We had such a wonderful time here. The place was beautiful, well taken care of, stocked with all amenities and very peaceful. It did not disappoint. We can not wait to come back!

Nice Place!
We rent very frequently in Boulder Lake and especially love a place with a Lake View. This was our first visit to this rental. The place is roomy, clean, and has a great lake view and a jacuzzi which is awesome! The host Ikigai was very accommodating and pleasant. We were grateful to have the little extras provided which most of the higher-priced rentals do not include. Everything needed for cooking was there and it was in good condition which is a big deal for us. We will definitely return.

Great property right on the lake!
We had a great time in the Poconos! The property manager was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay.
The property is in a great spot, very close to Boulder Mountain and right on the lake. I imagine it would be beautiful in the summer as well.
They had everything we needed (e.g., high chair) and even provided toiletries in case any were forgotten. We’ll definitely be back!

The home was exactly as described. Three Generous size bedrooms, roomy bathrooms and living area. All new appliances, furniture, and new comfy beds and bed linens. Communication via the VRBO app. Could use a bit more games/books for the guests but overall a nice place, we had a very nice stay with our adult children.
