Our group consisted of two families - 4 adults, three teens and a 9-year old, and each of us loved our stay! The amenities at this cabin are even better than the pictures in the listing. The pool is huge, watching a movie or sports in the theater room is an awesome experience, and the hot tub is relaxing and its room offers beautiful views. The pool table, foosball table, and arcade game were nice and a lot of fun. Our families had plenty of room with ample beds and bedrooms and plenty of places to simply hangout in and outside the cabin. The couches and beds were comfortable as were the patio furniture on the decks and the adirondack chairs by the fire pit. The kitchen was very well-stocked with all utensils needed, multiple coffee makers (including K-cups, a standard drip maker, and a coffee grinder), spices, and lots of nice cups, pans and dishes. The charcoal grill also worked nicely. The owners are very friendly, caring and responsive. On our first night, there was a power outage throughout the area due to abnormally high winds. The owners got notice of the outage, called to check on us and sent someone to bring extra flashlights - very thoughtful! We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

We continually travel using VRBOs and continue to have wonderful success. This trip was no different!! We had a wonderful experience. We traveled with friends and had 10 people staying at this house. Ranging from adults, teenagers, preteens, and a child. This house offered it all for all different ages. We didn’t hear “I’m bored” once!!! We ran into a few minor issues and the owners were incredibly prompt responding and continued to check on us afterwards. Can’t say enough about this rental property and area!!!!

An amazing experience! The cabin is beautiful with every amenity you might need!! The owners are amazing to work with and responded to any question within minutes. The views are breathtaking and the house was perfect on every level. We cannot recommend highly enough and hope to visit again!!

This is a beautiful cabin with all the amenities. We loved it. However, there are cockroaches in the kitchen and first floor bathroom. Owner sent an exterminator but we are still unsettled about bringing bugs home. Owner said he would credit me cleaning fee which felt like a joke. I also questioned the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub which neither had any smell of chlorine. That’s a first in my 50+ years of swimming. When asked, owner said they are treated before each stay. I hope so because it’s irresponsible to have guests swimming in bacteria soup. I may not receive my credit due to this review, but it’s more important to me to tell the truth.

The cabin was amazing and was even better than advertised. Our stay felt quite luxurious yet homely. My husband and the kids were obsessed with the theater room. We quite enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The view from the hot tub is celestial! Kitchen was impeccably stocked with everything needed for cooking, including a nice spice rack with a good variety of spices. Every balcony presented an amazing view of the mountains. Cosby is a lovely town that offers some of the things from Gatlingburg without the crowd and higher pricing. The jacuzzi tubs in every bedroom were the cherry on top to the experience. We will definitely book again!

This house was very beautiful and very clean. Our whole family enjoyed a very relaxing vacation The hosts thought of everything and were very easy to communicate with. Before we arrived there were power outages that effected the pool heater and they had that fixed promptly. We would definitely recommend Franklin and Susan’s home.

Large cabin was great for large family gathering. Spacious, yet many private spaces. Indoor pool and hot-tub was great for cooler weather. Beautiful home accents. Responsive owners provided many home staples that made the cabin feel like home.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and very much look forward to returning to the same property in the very near future. Only regret is that I wish I could have stayed longer. Great experience!

It was perfect spend the day in gatlinburg, pigeon forge and driving around to different over looks checking out the area. Spent most evenings relaxing in the pool having a fire enjoying the theater and porches. It was exactly what we all needed, the other couple can't wait to come and show the kids around next time. This property fulfilled our desire to rest & relax away from the hustle n’ bustle of life! The extras that this property provided - fire pit, pool, jacuzzi, pool table, & games enabled us to enjoy ourselves while we relaxed. My teenagers LOVE:D the swimming pool & movie theater.!!! The property is clean & the owners equipped the property with customer oriented details (ie spa wash, shampoo, & conditioner). Lastly, the owners are engaged & attentive which added to our exceptional experience. We look forward to visiting again in the future! 🤗

This property was unbelievable! Very clean, very spacious, and very relaxing! Plenty to bring the family together like hanging out in the pool, which was a generous size for an indoor at a cabin, to watching a movie in the theater room. There's also enough space to separate and do your own thing if you're with a group! It's about 30 mins back to Gatlinburg and the tourist attractions. If you're interested in hiking or rafting, those options are within 15 mins or less. We will absolutely plan to stay here again on our next trip back to TN!

We had an amazing family vacation. We brought our kids and their friends (8 children ages 7-14) and we all had a blast. They were busy the entire time with swimming, games, movies, s'mores and enjoying the arcade room. We all loved the white water rafting trip recommended by the host and found great hikes that were not too far from the house. The host was incredibly responsive from my first inquiry to my last (usually responded within minutes). We did not have enough time to explore everything we wanted to and are looking forward to returning. I would highly recommend this home for any family vacation.

The property was great along with the hosts. The cabins beside us partied all night which was not good. Our customers had to drive back to Dallas with little rest.

My family had a wonderful time. We really were pleased with the cabin and the grandkids loved the pool. Hard to get them out. We were happy with the location in Cosby, seemed more tranquil and not as busy as Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge which was really not that far away. Franklin an Susan were great on getting back with us on any questions we have. Hope we can visit again soon!

This property was amazing and exactly as listed. It was perfect for my family and our parents. The pool was absolutely amazing! We all had such a great time. The property was VERY clean, which we always love to see. They even left little goodies throughout the cabin. I would (and have already) recommend this cabin!

Our stay here was amazing. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool the most. We did have a problem with the hot tub when we first arrived. I messaged the owner and within 5 minutes he called me and already had someone at the door ready to fix it. Hot tub was fixed with a few minutes and we had no other issues. The cabin was beautiful and I would definitely recommend.

We all had an amazing time! There were 9 of us with a total of 5 kids, ranging in age from 8 to 14, and everyone had a fantastic time! The kids woke up and hit the ground running every morning with all of the options the house had to offer! The house was clean and very family friendly! We would definitely recommend!

This cabin was by far one of our best homes away from home. It had every amenity to keep everyone busy from age 12 to 38. Lots of space and many nooks and crannies for solemn time. Beware if you are looking to be in the midst of Gatlinburg/pigeon forge, this is not the place for you. We booked this specifically to be just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city, but close enough to make a day trip. (45min drive). The highlights of the cabin are of course the indoor pool which was bigger than most Florida homes we've booked before, the movie room was equipped with extra large projector screen and device for personal streaming services. The wifi could be stronger but was too be expected out in sticks. Every bedroom had its own full bathroom with large soaking tubs. Lastly, the indoor hot tub located at the top of cabin has panoramic views of outdoors. There's windows, heat/air vent, as well as ceiling fan to accommodate different weather Temps. In addition to all the great accommodations and amenities, the host were phenomenal from booking, to check in and check out. They were always quick to respond with any questions and concerns. The only recommendation I would have is to update stove/ cook top. Other than that this place was top notch. At check out my 12 year old made the comment could we make this cabin our annual family trip. We travel alot and she's never said that so it speaks volumes for this place.

One of the best resort cabins we have stayed at. Owners show a tremendous amount of hospitality throughout our stay. Clean, comfortable with plenty of amenities too choose from. We will definitely be back.

From right after we booked until after we checked out the owners were in contact with information for us and there to answer any question we may have had. When a question arose they were quick with a reply. The home was absolutely amazing. We checked in on Valentine's Day and when we arrived there was a bottle of wine and a giant balloon which was a beautiful gesture from the owners. The place was beautifully decorated yet very comfortable to be in. Every bedroom had a king size bed with jacuzzi tub, I mean what's not to love. The theater was huge yet you could cuddle on the comfy sofas. The picture on the screen was great and the sound quality made you feel like you were up on the screen yourself. The hot tub in the very top of the house made for amazing views while you relaxed your tired muscles. The best feature of all however was the indoor pool. This was no ordinary pool, it was the largest in house pool I've seen. The water was a tad chilly at first but I solved that problem by using the hot tub first. After the heat of that we welcomed the cooler water. Once you were in it tho it was the perfect temperature. At a full four feet deep in the entire pool the room was warm enough that the part of your body not under water wasn't even cold. The views from the 3 story decks were just as calming as the hot tub. There was nothing that was out of place or needed any work. It was definitely a great 2 days with my husband. We'd love to come back again to finish all the things we didn't get time to do since neither of us wanted to leave the home while we were there. Thank you so much for the wonderful time. This place is definitely worth the money.
