We loved this house inside Ocean Lakes campground! It had plenty of sleeping room and bathrooms for our multigenerational group of 10! Also, the main floor balcony was an added enjoyment area for our family as we ate most of our meals out there. Kim was so nice and helpful… She always responded much quicker than I ever expected. I had already asked a lot of questions before we ever decided on this house and she was always quick to respond with any questions I had. Once at the beach house, we had questions and she quickly responded to those as well. Thank you so much Kim and we hope to be able to rent this home again! It was a great experience and we highly recommend it as well as you as a host! Jimmy and Karen

The host was awesome to work with. The house was exactly what my large family needed. There was really nothing that the house didn’t have for us when we arrived. Already looking to book again!

The perfect property for a family vacation with excellent communication throughout our stay- Kim was fantastic with info & communication! This is a beautiful modern home with the comforts and conveniences of home plus the added convenience and perks of the included golf cart, 12 nice beach chairs, and an extra outside fridge too! Beautiful, comfortable outdoor spaces throughout as well and it is located on a nice quieter street!

Overall the property was good but we did run into a couple of issues. The propane was empty so we had to make a last minute trip out to fill the tank. The owners reimbursed us the price for the propane but it was a bit inconvenient at the time especially when we had dinner prepared and ready to put on the grill. The property is clean in the high traffic areas but was extremely dusty behind every piece of furniture and windows. We're usually not overly concerned with this but it was terribly dusty and we found pet hair throughout the home. Unfortunately, our son had allergic reactions (coughing, runny nose, etc) so we had to give him Zyrtec throughout the entire stay just to keep him comfortable. He would clear up and feel better as soon as we left the house. I informed the owners, and they said they would have it cleaned but couldn't do anything until we left. It was frustrating to pay that much for a house that gave our son that much of a reaction. We were hoping they could do something while we were there since we told them at the very beginning of the week. Either way, we made the most of it. We also spent time cleaning some ourselves to try to remedy some of the dust. No bugs in the home which was a plus. Quiet location and well stocked. Lots of space in the home as well which was nice. We booked the place based on previous reviews talking about cleanliness and being pet free, but after the allergic reactions, we'll probably be booking elsewhere next time.
