This was a clean, nicely decorated rental with many personal touches. The fruit/bagel/snack collection was really something you don’t often see, and there was a care to the place and a sense of detail. The owner seemed flexible with arrival/departure times which I did not need on this trip but always appreciate. The only tip is that house numbering is odd so it takes a minute to find the place…use maps. We will stay here again when visiting our daughter at Mizzou.

Great condo! Was super clean, great location- perfect for graduation at Mizzou! Kris was super- great communicator and really thought of every last detail to make it a great stay! I would stay here again and I highly recommend!

We were visiting our family in Columbia for Thanksgiving. The condo was perfect for my family and we were WARM and comfy in our beds at night. There was even a little snow on the ground when we left. Kris is an awesome host who has every detail covered from snacks, to toiletries, to a great pillow selection. Very much appreciated her thoughtful touches.

There were six of us who stayed at the condo for a football weekend and it was perfect. Everything was nice, clean and really convenient to campus and downtown. Kris was also a great host. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Columbia.

We came to town for the KSU vs MU football game. The property was perfect for my family and friends who also came for the game. It was very close to the stadium.
The house was very nice and the host was great to work with. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for the weekend to attend a family event. The location was perfect! There’s restaurants, shopping, and the campus all conveniently located. The home is small but very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our 2 college aged sons stayed in the upstairs bedroom and liked having 2 queen sized beds. It’s in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a great coffee shop in walking distance. The owner is very communicative and gracious. The lovely welcoming tray of fruit and breakfast items was amazing! Would definitely stay again.

I had a bit of an extended stay. I needed a place to go while I had new hardwood floors put down in my house. The owner of this property has been great to work with from day one. She is such a kind person and wanted to make sure everything went well during my stay. Having a full kitchen and a laundry room were two huge pluses. I could have had my entire family stay here comfortably. If you’re coming in from out of town, this is definitely the place to stay. You are so close to everything. I need to add that this is a very quiet and peaceful area. I felt completely safe. I’m excited to return home but I will have future family or guests stay here. Thanks to the very kind owner.

My family and I loved our stay in this house. This was the best stocked house I've ever stayed in, it was amazing. Usually you are lucky if the house has any spices that aren't 5 years old and a mixing bowl, but this house was amazing. Also, there was plenty of sleeping room, great wifi (I work remote so that is really important). It was in a great location, close to shopping, not far from downtown, wonderful walking park next door. Love our stay and will try to book again next time we're in town.

We are Columbia natives and returned with our adult children to attend a wedding. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and the location was great for us - easy access to town, Pierpont General Store, hiking, shopping, and walking distance to The Grind Coffee House, although coffee is provided.
On top of that, Kris was an excellent host. Fresh muffins, bagels, fruit, coffee, and chocolates were provided. Communication was great throughout the stay. We had no issues to be addressed so most dialogue was to just ensure our stay was enjoyable. It was and we look forward to booking again!

What a great and cozy place! The location was so easy for our trips to Mizzou. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were so comfy. We especially appreciated the beautiful breakfast and snack tray! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will be back.

The house is beautiful and the beds are so comfy inside. We had a big family come in for a graduation and although it seems small it worked out great for us. We cooked and had everything we needed along with the wonderful fresh fruits and muffins our host had for us. Neighborhood was nice with walking trails through the complex and very quiet. Great place to relax! Kris was awesome and accommodated my family well. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back here again. Close to MU so we made the graduation on time and lots of shops and resting near by! Great location!

The property owner was in contact with we from start to finish. Kris was available throughout the entire time by email and text. She had bagels, muffins, fruit, milk, coffee and bottles of water for us. She had written a personal note to us upon checkin. I kept her informed on our activities and she was very supportive about everything. I give Kris and the property 5+++.
