Can’t beat this place! One block from the beach, playground right across the street. As a family with little ones, it was the perfect location. Ruth was great too! She is very thorough and helped with any questions we had!

While at the property, the Fire Department responded for an alarm. The Fire Department evacuated the building due to a high carbon monoxide reading. Our family’s dangerous exposure to carbon monoxide generated by the owner's carelessness. The owner admitted to placing a drip pan on the bottom of the oven, causing a malfunction. The malfunction triggered an alarm and Fire Department response. The owner acknowledged the problem, but refused a refund stating that our family had the option to stay because the Fire Department representative and the Gas Department representative said it was "OK" after marking the oven a hazard and disabling it. The owner questioned why the Fire Department opened a window that was labeled "DO NOT OPEN" after our family advised them that the Fire Department opened all the windows to vent the location. Additionally, our family reported that the entry door's lock latch needs to be repaired after the Fire Company cleared the scene. The handle will lock, but the door can be pulled open due to a missing latch. The owner was angered when our family voiced concerns related to building safety with the exposure to carbon monoxide. After our family requested a refund, the owner accused our family of damaging a sofa. Our family suspects that the condition of the sofa was known by the owner prior to our arrival. Our family reported safety concerns to a VRB0 representative

Ruth was a wonderful host -- very responsive and attentive! The place was very clean and even nicer than the pictures! She provides so many little, but very convenient, extras -- paper towels, basic condiments, shampoo, etc. -- toys for a toddler:). And the location is great too -- short walk to beach, playground, ice cream shoppes, Uncle Bill's Pancake House and more!

I was unable to be there. My two daughters and 5 grandchildren liked everything about the property.. the location, condo itself clean and lovely. Everyone told me they loved being there!💖

We stayed the week before Memorial Day because we have a 1yr old and 3.5 year old. This condo was family friendly, as advertised, and in a great location. Ruth and Bob were attentive hosts and communicators. We would definitely consider renting this location again next year.

I booked a stay for my family 6 adults and two kids (5yo & 2 yo) for a stay in late July and we had a wonderful time. For us the location cannot be beat, short walk to the beach(34th street beach has a lifeguard station and bathrooms), Acme, CVS and across the street from Sandcastle Park. Having an elevator and two car parking was essential as a family member had an ankle injury shortly before our stay, but it was a really nice feature for loading and unloading as well. The inside was even nicer in person and I loved having my morning coffee on the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for those who like to have some “home cooked meals” while away. We could not be happier with our stay here!

This was a very nice place to stay that was close to the beach. Lots of room for larger families.

Our family loved this section of Ocean City, nice quiet location but conveniently located near everything. The house had plenty of room for our group of 10. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware for a bigger group. Ruth is very responsive to messages and the use of some extra beach chairs, toys and a beach cart was greatly appreciated. Upon arrival there was a basket of goodies which our kids really enjoyed. Would highly recommend!!!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay!! We could walk almost everywhere within a few minutes!! Handicapped accessibility was just what we needed for my mom to enjoy her vacation!! Awesome park for my 8 year old son and 19 year old daughter to enjoy together!! So clean and Kim was very informational!! We will Definitely be back!!

The family enjoyed staying at this property. We had a large group, so had also rented another condo in the same building which worked out very well. The owner replied right away to any questions and the cleaners even found a toy that my niece had left behind. The owner Kimberly informed us and helped us get the toy back which was much appreciated.

What a lovely home! What an excellent location! I'd definitely recommend this one to anyone looking for a lovely Ocean City, NJ getaway. It was so wonderful to find a vacation home that was handicap accessible too!

We had a lovely extended weekend stay. The house is quite large with plenty of space. The decorations were very nice and the owner is very detailed and helpful. The location was perfect- short walk to the beach. We spent a lot of time on the deck as well. We would definitely recommend to other renters for an Ocean City vacation.

What a terrific vacation getaway for our family! Kim is a friendly, always available owner. The property is clean, very central and ideal for kids. We will definitely be coming back!

Let me start by saying this house immaculate. House is very roomy, bedrooms large. Outdoor space is just gorgeous - could have hung out there all day. Beach was a 2 minute walk. Had a wonderful time !!! Owner was very responsive and guided us right on everything. Great great great place to stay

Great location! Layout of property was great! First floor set up for grandparents was great and easy for them to get around. Kids loved the bunk beds equipped with their own tv. Bathrooms were big and clean. Nice outside sitting area. Kim was very accessible and helpful. Will definitely be back next year.

This truly an outstanding property!! Kim was exceptional during the entire process. Everything is EXACTLY what you see in the pictures . Doesn’t disappoint!! We will be back next summer and we can’t wait . It is truly perfect for all ages and it was one of the BEST beach rentals we have had !!

The owners are amazing, warm, friendly. Communication is second to none. The photo's, as beautiful as they are, do not come close to depicting the actual size and beauty of this property. As advertised, it is close to the beach and has multiple amenities. There is a lot of community activity but the atmosphere remains peaceful. In previous seasons we have rented another beautiful property in OC, but nothing compares to the convenience and spacious beauty of this property. We look forward to future visits with longing!!!

This rental is exactly as described. It is beautifully decorated and updated and convenient to anything you could want. We stayed for a week with our two children (ages 3 and 10 months) and did not need to use our car once. The location was perfect for quick access to the beach—only one block off as well as the grocery store, CVS, gas station, Hoys $5 and $10 store and several good restaurants/take out options. Located directly above Randazzos—arguably some of the best food in OCNJ. The house had everything we could need including some great options for young kids—toys and games as well as tiny step stools that our 3 year old loved using. Kim, the property owner was responsive and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay great. We would highly recommend this property and plan to book with Kim again.

From the moment you walk in, it is obvious how much time and effort the owner has put into this house. 4 beautiful rooms, renovated bathrooms, open kitchen, and a deck that allows you to relax regardless of the forecast. She made it a point to provide the little things like beach tags and board games, to ensure everyone in the family is entertained. There is a restaurant below that serves the best food in town and you are a few blocks from a park, a CVS, and the beach. The owner was extremely responsive and met all of our needs. Easily 5 stars!
