It’s a beautiful home with lots of cozy spaces and outstanding views. We love that it’s close to town but feels like a quiet retreat with endlessstarry skies.
We wish we knew the hot tub worked and that the gas grill did not. We had to buy charcoal for the little portable grill. Otherwise we enjoyed our second stay at this home.

We love doing an early Thanksgiving in Breckenridge with our married children every year. This home has everything! You will love the spacious gathering areas and 3 en-suite bedrooms with plenty of privacy. The 3-car garage is heated and spacious.
The only downside is with VACASA. The dishwasher was broken and we had to wash and dry everything by hand. The hot tub lid was off and the tub was only half-filled. When we returned from an afternoon in Breck, the garage code didn’t work. Although VACASA was quick to respond to texts, this should have all been taken care of before our arrival; we’re hoping it will all be rectified before the next guests arrive.
This is not the fault of the property owners! Their home is beautiful and just as described.

We also needed to work while on vacation and the internet worked extremely well. I highly recommend the home to others. I would share that there are only 4 beds so ideally this home is suited best for groups up to 8 otherwise you will end up with couch sleeping. Congratulations to the home owners for their decorating skills and how they laid out the home.

This home was absolutely lovely. Every detail from architecture, decor, and landscaping were beautiful. We loved our time here.

Beautiful In Breckenridge
This home was absolutely lovely. Every detail from architecture, decor, and landscaping were beautiful. There is nothing you need when staying here, every amenity you can think of, and a breathtaking back drop. The home was exceptionally clean and the property management was very responsive. We loved our time here.

When we first arrived the property had not been cleaned and it was filthy!! Trash overflowing, dishes everywhere, dirty pans on the stove, dirty towels all over the floors, nothing like walking in to see how other people live. The property is beautiful and furnished very comfortably. Only complaints:
- Working ice maker
- Lack of disclosure of the studio apartment above the garage that could be rented separately
But again great property and we really enjoyed our stay.

We arrived with high hopes and excitement, but were quickly greeted by a dirty garage that had an overflowing trash can stinking up the inside. The house itself was pretty nice - needs some TLC. There were random cutouts in the walls in the master closet, multiple spots of the crown molding were falling off, etc. The house looked like it hadn’t been dusted, swept or moped in months - dust, crumbs, candy wrappers galore. There wasn’t enough soap in the house for each bathroom - this is problem in non-COVID times. It didn’t say in the description anywhere that there had been cats living there - this is an issue for those of us who have allergies to cats. We were excited to use the theatre, but the surround sound wouldn’t work - only the background noise and music could be heard from the center speaker, no voices. It was literally one thing after the other. The coffee machine didn’t work, the yard and porch were covered with debris - random clothes, bottle caps, empty cans, cigarette butts, etc. If this were my vacation rental, I would be pissed that the house was in this condition. Minus all the negatives that seemed to slap us in the face the moment we walked in the door, the house was in a great location with beautiful views. The hot tub was lovely, and we loved the heated floors- so cozy. TurnKey was very responsive to our issues and requests.

It Provided many activities; card games, board games, movie room, hot tub, sledding and it’s on the golf course. It’s a few minutes from downtown. I would recommend this beautiful cabin to anyone!

Our thanksgiving vacation was spectacular. This beautiful cabin provided my family and friends an escape from reality. The cabin was very clean. The beds had long strands of hair in the sheets. The tub and shower in the master wasn’t clean. We went to whole food for cleaning supplies and Walmart for new sheets. No tv in any of the bedrooms.

Perfect peaceful retreat!
Our group had such a great experience in this home! The location was prime as it was only 10 minutes from the two closest towns (with every kind of store you could need) while still being in quiet, peaceful nature. We even had a family of deer visit in the backyard one day. The kitchen was so well stocked with utensils, appliances, and more than enough dishes & glasses. We didn’t end up using the hot tub but both outdoor patios were some of our favorite places to spend the afternoons. The sauna was also a great feature! The only two points of feedback I would give were that one of the mattresses in one of the smaller bedrooms sank a bit in the middle, making it difficult for the couple staying in there to sleep comfortably. The other would be that there could have been more hand soap in the bathrooms; some had it, others didn’t. Overall, a great experience. We have already discussed returning again next year!
