We had a wonderful stay overall. The house was perfect for our family of seven, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The driveway easily accommodated our boat, two trucks, and two golf carts, which was a huge plus.The private boardwalk made beach access easy, and the elevator was incredibly helpful for loading and unloading heavy items instead of carrying everything up the stairs. We also appreciated having access to the garage for storing outdoor gear securely and parking vehicles in the shade.The air conditioning worked great, and the water pressure was excellent—both things that can really make or break a beach vacation.The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because the kitchen appliances need updating. The stove never got hot enough to boil water, so our planned shrimp boil unfortunately turned into some very expensive bait. The microwave didn’t heat food, which was especially inconvenient with small children in the house, and the freezer’s ice maker wasn’t working.Despite those issues, the home itself was comfortable and well-suited for our family, and with a few appliance upgrades, it would be an outstanding rental.

Beautiful place for a vacation. Great views of the water from the top balcony. Amazing house overall. House is perfectly located in the middle of the island. Quick walk down to the beach on the private Boardwalk. golf carts available to rent on the island that the property referred us to. Did have a few interruptions from a contractor and an inspector but rental company was very communicative prior to their arrivals. Even the contractors were nice and professional. Kitchen could use more rags for cleaning and a few minor cosmetic improvements needed but other than that it was an amazing stay that we will most definitely rent again.

The house was great. Plenty of room inside for our large family. The AC worked very well which was appreciated during excessive heat warnings. The elevator is a bonus and lifesaver. Fyi for those looking. The master, kitchen, dining and living room are on the 3rd. There are two bedrooms and an open bedroom on the second. In total there are 3 full baths and 2 half baths (toilets), which was awesome. One of these is on the first floor which has the washer and dryer plus main entrance. The double car garage was nice to store beach toys in for the night. Overall everything was perfect!

Well, we went in the house and took off our shoes and within 30 minutes, everyone’s feet were black. I called to ask where the location of the remote was in the bedroom downstairs and they immediately sent me a message back, saying that they were there when they did their check, which is not what I asked for, I asked where the location was. It took them half a day to tell me that the location was next to the TV, but the TV is mounted on the wall. I already had looked in every drawer and nook and cranny in the room, and finally I got down on my hands and knees and looked under the bed and there they were completely covered in filth, and I wish I had never looked under that bed. So, if you message them about an issue, just know, they will immediately take no responsibility. The elevator was a great feature for the first two days, until my mother-in-law got stuck. Then we just used the stairs. There is response about the elevator was asking us if we did all the right things, which we did, and it acted up a lot, but it didn’t ever not work until the second afternoon. By then we were over the elevator- even though that is why we rented the place for our elderly travelers. As far as the function of the house itself, the view of the gulf off the balconies, the proximity to the beach, the amount of space, the outdoor shower and first floor laundry room were fantastic for a beach stay. Those last two things really helped keep the sand out of the rest of the house.
