We've stayed at a lot of rentals over the years and have to say that this property was one of the best! The listing was 100% accurate, the furnishings were clean and in great condition, kitchen well-appointed, and the layout was super comfortable for three couples. We could tell that the owners take good care of it, which made it an honor for us to do the same during our stay, as opposed to the "they must not really notice/care" feeling you can get from some rentals that have gotten into disrepair. We would have loved to stay longer, and hope to return!

My wife, niece, nephew and I really enjoyed our stay. This home had everything you need and it is clearly evident the owner takes great pride in providing guests with a top notch experience. Troy was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The home itself was stunning and the little extra attention to detail you’ll find really made this an enjoyable visit. Highly recommend!

The property was gorgeous, we simply did not want to leave. The house and pool were impeccably maintained and communication with the property manager was excellent. The view from the lanai was lovely and the guestbook provided great information. Nice to have so many amenities included to enhance our stay. While our youngest was unable to catch any fish from the dock, he spotted plenty of fish and enjoyed trying to reel them in. We all loved our stay and hope to book again next year.

My family and I had a great time in our vacation. The house is absolutely perfect, the neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing. Communication with owner was excellent. I absolutely recommend this house/location for your next vacation.

What I really want to say- is NO ONE stay here so it's open for when we want it again- HA! But what I am going to say, is BOOK it and don't miss out on this beautiful safe quiet home! From the minute we walked it, it was beautiful and then kept walking around and it continued to get better! This house had everything you needed to have a great stay and cook a few dinners in as well. The pool is wonderful because it was HOT when we stayed, but the full sun for a good majority of the day allowed some cool dips that lasted for hours! We never once felt we weren't safe in this beautiful neighborhood and that is important to me traveling with my two daughters. It's close to Publix and other stores. Plus, great restaurants aren't too far either! My husband enjoyed many hours of fishing off the dock and caught and released many during our stay. Great communication and VERY easy check in process! Needless to say, we would definitely stay here again!

My sons and I enjoyed everything about our stay in Punta Gorda. This vacation home has everything you want and need to have an amazing time. It’s spacious, modern, and best of all super clean! The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. The beds are comfy & the bathrooms/showers are great! Troy was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to my messages. I recommend this to anyone looking to come to Punta Gorda!

This Punta Gorda home was less than 15 minutes from the airport. The property was immaculate and had everything that we needed.

Our stay was great. We have nothing negative to say. The property is very nice, clean, and the location was great for us. There was only 3 of us but I could see where at least 3 more people could be here with plenty of room. The location was quiet and out of the way. One thing that was great was the kitchen was appointed perfectly. Some places we’ve been to we have had to buy a pot but not this property. It had all we needed for a comfortable trip. Thank you. Hope to come back one day.

Amazing house! It was very thoughtful and the attention to every detail was great. We needed a relaxed and restful vacation and we got it. The pool is wonderful as well as the entire outside sitting/eating area. Troy was a great host and has put purposeful attention to this property. We can’t wait to come back next year!

This house and location were great. Everything was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed very much and actually tried to book to come back again but time was not open. Highly recommended. If there was anything I could be critical about I would suggest and upgrade to the outside grill as it was not very good and I like to grill a lot.

Beautiful neighborhood setting close to restaurants and stores. Large master bathroom with updated features throughout the house. Many items provided by the host which was nice as then all we needed to furnish was groceries and other essentials. Will def rebook in the future.

I visited with my husband, his two sisters and their spouses. First, I must share that the home is BEAUTIFUL. Very well planned layout. Master is on one side of the living area with a posh en suite that includes a soaking tub that fills with water that comes down from the ceiling. Thick white towels for the bathrooms, beach towels for the pool. All of the lighting is labeled for what lights the switch is for. The canal was very quiet - only 2 boats passed by the entire week. Large fish swim in it at night - we could see them when the underwater light was on. All of the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Two coffee makers-a drip and a Keurig ;-) Seasonings, olive oil and more on the shelves. Full size washer and dryer that worked beautifully for the towels. There is a bathroom (toilet and sink) out by the pool. This works great for those who are using the pool and do not want to track water inside the house. It also provides privacy for those using the other two bedrooms who share a bathroom. Super cozy sofa in the living area with a very large screen TV that we watched March Madness Basketball on. There is so much GREAT about this property. I could obviously go on and on. Troy is a very interactive host. I would message him via VRBO to communicate and he would respond within the hour. Use the guidebook he has put together for the home and area it was very helpful. If we visit Punta Gorda again we will certainly stay here.

Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. Perfect for three couples looking for a relaxing vacation. Troy was exceptionally proactive in his communication beforehand and very responsive to questions while we were there.

If you are looking for a vacation rental that is comfortable, clean, modern and well-equipped this the home. The owner thought of everything to make your stay relaxing! The home is located about 45 minutes to several beautiful beaches. But, if the beach isn’t your thing, the pool/lanai area is perfect for a relaxing day at home. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking and riding the bikes provided. We have rented many homes over the years and this home exceeded all my expectations!

Amazing week in this lovely home. The house was clean, modern and beautiful. We were a group of friends spending time together over the holidays. Troy was very attentive and helpful. We very much enjoyed the heated pool and being able to fish, kayak and relax down by the canal. We all enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood and riding the bicycles furnished. The book they have for you to review it is perfect with all of the locations of fun things to do as well as places to go eat. Thank you so much for having us as guest. Our recent trip to FL included a week stay at Burnt Store Isles. We are so glad that we found this rental as it was absolutely perfect! The location and the house were exceptional! The house was very clean, modern and the kitchen was well equipped. We had pretty much had anything we needed when preparing meals. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Troy was great getting back to us, when I had a couple of questions before and after our arrival. We hope to stay at Burnt Store Isles again!

My son and I spent two-plus weeks here on a work assignment. It was the perfect home for us. The home has beautiful top-of-line furnishings. They have all the amenities you could possibly need. The pool area is amazing and has plenty of comfy seating. I love the high ceilings throughout the home. The beds and bedding are so very comfy. I had the best night's sleep during our stay. It is located in a very nice neighborhood..I loved sitting outside down on the dock and watching the sunset. I travel here often and this is definitely at the top of my list! We loved our stay here!!

We are certainly grateful we picked the week we did. Timing couldn't have been better. This was our first VBRO so we weren't sure what to expect. What supplies were available etc. We were pleasently surprised especially how well the kitchen was stocked with random everyday items. (salt, pepper, spices, paper towels, dishwasher soap and more) The beds were comfortable, the layout of the house was perfect. Our whole family enjoyed the pool area everyday. Centrally located in the state. We had friends visit from central FL. Also visited family in Naples area.. Very relaxing vacation.

We spent one week at this home in Burnt Store Isles. We had a great time. The house is immaculate. Stocked with everything you need while on vacation. The owner/caretaker attention to detail is phenomenal. Little things like labels on the light switches make the stay so much easier. The location is great. Not too far north or south to visit different beaches. The kayaks were perfect for our family of 4 (11 and 14 year old boys). We didn't use the bikes during our time there (maybe next time?!?). There is plenty of beach gear available too. The pool was perfect size and a nice way to cool off in the Florida heat. The house is in nice, friendly, safe neighborhood. The wifi had fast speeds for all of our devices and the smart TVs were perfect for the winding down at the end of the night. I didn't even mention the shower in the master bathroom - Amazing! Would definitely rent again. We had no concerns during our stay, but had fast response from Troy prior to our stay. great communication
