House was clean on arrival. One of the best stocked houses I have ever stayed in. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of towels pillows and extra blankets. Everything you could ever need for a day at the beach. We did not rent but the golf cart looked nice and new. Had one small issue and the property manager was quick to respond.
Would rent again but be aware of the rules of the HOA. If you do not follow the rules exactly they will fine you!!!!

Wonderful location and views. Layout of the house is great. The master suite upstairs is perfect with a baby as we could put his crib in the office space off the bedroom. Lots of kitchen cooking equipment.
There is mold in the house that was pretty shocking to see as it was very obvious and in all of the bathrooms, covering the walls and ceiling in the powder bathroom and by the vents and on the ceilings in all bathrooms. Another thing is the house is advertised to have baby gates but the gate provided was broken and provided little safety. If our baby was older he could have easily broken through the gate.

The house has nice space and layout, and the view of the sound from the decks is pretty.
But…first thing Sunday morning we discovered the microwave in the house doesn’t work. I called and messaged Vacasa immediately and multiple times all during the week about the non-working microwave. (My vacation time was wasted attempting to get a working appliance.)
The half bath that’s adjacent to the kitchen has black mold on the walls and ceiling. There are some other areas that also have some mold on the ceilings.
The bottom bunk bed in the children’s bedroom is unstable and dangerous. We had a 2 year old sleeping on that bed. Any larger child would have serious issues sleeping on that bed.
We have been very disappointed with Vacasa and will never rent any property managed by this company again.
There was a lack of any sense of urgency to provide us with a working microwave, and I was lied to by a Vacasa representative on Wednesday, who told me the microwave issue would be resolved on Thursday. A Vacasa representative called me on Friday afternoon, and said I would receive a $50 refund for the microwave issue. I have requested more of a refund, due to the other issues.

The house has great sound view. The AC functioned exceptionally well and keep the house comfortable, better than most places I have stayed in. The rooms are nicely laid out. There is pleanty of gathering space. The proximity to the beach is great. You can walk it easily even with children. The golf cart is a plus but not a necessity. Handy if you have to transport
a bunch of chairs and umbrellas. There were some minor maintenance issues I addressed for the improvement of future tenants. I would stay there again.

The view off the back deck is the reason we stay here. Stunning sunsets. I'm not happy with Vacasa as a whole. The house was not clean. Bathroom rugs were dirty, stair handrail was sticky. lots of dirt and dust under furniture. Bathroom toilets not clean. We did rent the golf cart but there was no instruction given on how to locate the key or unlock it from the cable tying it to the post. I have rented this house 3 other times but directly from the owner. It was sold and now vacasa handles the rentals. I've been disappointed with vacasa in the past with the cleanliness of their rentals. I was unaware that vacasa managed this house as I rented thru vrbo but after paying my deposit, vacasa sends email thanking me for the booking. It was too late at that point.

Home was wonderful, with some of the best views I’ve ever had from a rental property! The kitchen was well stocked but a bit unorganized. Short walk to the beach and tons of restaurants close by

We took a chance during a hurricane and made it a hurricane party. Our stay and the weather turned out beautifully!!!! Thank you for hosting another successful family get together!!

We were happy to find this home for 2 nights in the middle of the week! It had everything we needed. Incredible views out the back over looking the ICW. Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to town.

This home in Topsail was perfect for our family. Great spaces, well laid out, nicely decorated & well stocked with everything we needed and more! We lived all of the decks around the house and The deck out back was perfect for watching sunsets every night.
The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and the golf cart was a nice convenience for exploring the town. We would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived the code to the house was incorrect . It took us over an hour to contact someone to get us into the house . After that it went well . The house is perfect for a large group . The view of the marsh is beautiful! The house was clean but lived in looking which was fine for us .
The walk to beach is close but the road is very very busy and cars do not slow down . We had young children and two small dogs with us so that was a concern . Beach is great ! One mile walk to the pier .
I wouldn’t recommend the golf cart . We found it unnecessary. The pool was nice . The kids loved it . Overall it was great and I would recommend staying here !
