Great house and awesome beach. Property was as described. Only negative would be more pots pans and cooking utensils.

You will fall in love with this place. The home itself is incredible, a quiet location and amazing beachfront that is very private. We came with 9 people--4 adults, 5 kids and everyone was in love. The pool was such a highlight for swimming after the sun went down (so warm!) and the house was perfectly comfortable for hanging out after. My only critique is there are no beach chairs or equipment provided (just beach towels); plus, the kitchen could use some tupperware for food storage and some more plasticware to have poolside. Otherwise this is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in and would not hesitate to book it again!!

We enjoyed a much needed get away at this beautiful & spacious beach home! It was so peaceful & relaxing. So much room, on point decor, & extremely clean! Magnificent views of sunrise & sunset. We spent a lot of time on the balcony & we absolutely loved the private boardwalk to the beach. Do yourself a favor & book this one of a kind home…you’ll be glad you did!

House has great location and good size pool but needs attention.

Beautifully decorated home with cozy gathering space in kitchen and living area. This was the perfect choice for our family and we hope to return in the future. Listing is as advertised. Beautiful swimming pool did not disappoint. Highly recommend this gulf view rental!!!

The house was wonderful, we enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our family, 7 adults and my 5 grandkids. The view was fantastic, the pool ( in November) was perfect for the kids. I liked the walkway to the beach and the beach itself felt like our own private place. The location was convenient to restaurants, fishing and the Pensacola airport. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was an amazing! From the beautiful home, to the private pool and beach access - our group of 10 was more than comfortable and had a great time at Sandy Feet Retreat! We will definitely book again!!

My family of 3 children and 6 grandchildren loved Sandy Feet Retreat that had a pool on a private beach. The house was spacious for all 14 of us and it was cute and clean and up-to-date modern. We were able to play in the surf and sand and then just walk back to the house. We were so so so impressed with the management company of Vacasa. When we had issues, they were there almost immediately to fix the problems. We were grateful for the attention that Vacasa gave to our needs. We will always look under Vacasa to book any of our future vacation homes. Thanks for the wonderful memories, Sandy Feet Retreat.

The Sandy Beach Retreat was the perfect house for my family. It was not only spacious, but also beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the private pool and the deck area for hanging out and cooking. The quiet beach was definitely appreciated and loved by all. We would recommend this house and consider staying here again.

The house itself was very nice, it was nicely decorated and everything was updated and clean. However we did have a couple of main issues that were a major draw back and very disappointing. 1) VACASA didn't tell us about the construction that would occur during our 2 week stay. The website didn't post about the construction nor did VACASA email to let us know there would be Construction noise. Saturday and Sunday were the only peaceful days. Monday through Friday there was a lift that ran from about 7:45 to 4:30 everyday with loud beeping, like a truck backing up. We understand it is Florida and there seems to always be construction to repair Storm damage, but there was no relief from it. VACASA said they could not do anything about it. It could be heard throughout the house. No peace and serenity, no late sleeping, and baby had hard time napping during the day. 2) The other issue was the pool cleanliness. It was cloudy and had a lot of sand it in upon our arrival. We understood by the Website the pool was to be cleaned every Monday and Thursday, but we called VACASA just to let them know the condition of the pool, so they could call the Pool company. The answering service said they would let them maintenance team know. When no one returned our call we figured they would come on Monday, but no one showed up. We called again. Someone came and said they cleaned the pool and added chemicals. We waited a couple of days and the water never cleared. Thursday and the next Monday no Pool maintenance people showed up, so we called VACASA again. The Pool guy finally showed up the following Wednesday (2nd week of the stay), but never corrected the problem with the pool. I called VACASA again, but the issue was never corrected, nor did the VACASA maintenance team call back. VACASA provides a Text service so you don't have to call and wait on hold. This is really nice and you receive a text back pretty quickly letting you know they are turning it over to the Local Maintenance Team. What is so frustrating is the maintenance team never called back. We really don't think this was the owners fault, but they should reach out to VACASA to request they improve their service to customers. The house was very expensive and we felt we should have recieved better service for our 2 week stay.
